Season's Greetings to all

Calc Carb may help you as you also suffer from prolapse ani. If i remember correctly you have taken Nux Vom and Aesculus on my suggestion.
You may try the remedies in the following order..
calc carb 30
lyc 30
sulph 30
phos 30
You should take the remedy thrice a day for 2 days, wait for 7 days and then take decision about the next remedy.

If such symptoms has appeared due to overuse of knee, i.e. by playing games etc, you may wish to take the following 3/4 times daily for 15 days :

Many many thanks for all the reples given above.
2. However, let me add some prominent symptoms and it may be possible to narrow down the choice of remedies.
3(a) I feel lot of relief if I apply pressure on my calf muscles by using the knee cap.
3(b) Warmth and lying in the bed also relieves.
4. Of course, the most prominent aggravation is while squatting. The stiffness at the knee joints almost prevents squatting.
4. It is interesting that I can sit cross legged and even pull up the knees while standing but cannot squat.

Rhustux is the medicine that cannot be avoided in Arthritis and Rheumatism. Some medicines that you have already got advices about from Mr. Sajjad and Mr. Murthy, work in group (clock-wise)better which is as follows:-
Sulph, then Cal Carb and then Lyco. Never take Cal Carb before Sulph.
