Nat Mur 200 taken for a week

I (Male 31) took Nat Mur 200 once a day last week since most my of the mental conditions matched with the description.

However, I now find that my sexual strength (erection) has reduced considerably and semen is going out during sleep.

Did I overdo the medicine or is it that the medicine has suited me exactly because of which there is initial aggravation?

Should I drink some cups of strong coffee or take any other antidotes?

Thanks,
Kethaan

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
You should only have taken one dose, and waited to see what happens. It is almost certain you are getting side effects from the remedy. You need to stop, and allow the new symptoms to fade, while waiting to see if you get an improvement.

Prescribing on your own mental state is almost impossible. Even trained homoeopaths cannot do it with much success.

However, if you have chosen the right remedy, it is important to get dosage correct as well. It is safest to use single doses and wait to observe aggravation and then improvement. Typically a week or two is good.

An aggravation is your normal symptoms getting worse, or old symptoms returning. These may be good signs as long as they are followed by improvement.

New symptoms usually mean that you have had too much of the remedy, the dose was too large, or the remedy is not correct and you are simply getting what we call a proving (symptoms of the remedy).
