after effects of chikungunya

My wife had chikungunya three years back. Last year she got fever, red rash and joint swelling with shifting rheumatism affecting all joints, knees, ankles, toes, fingers, wrists, etc. This year also she had repetition of the same and more vigourous problems. I look for homeopathic remedies.

Thank you Dr Yogesh. She got red rash over limbs and back sometimes itchy. Itch appear and disappear on its own. She had shifting rheumatism and fever for about 25 days. Fever and shifting of rheumatism subsided after allopathic treatment but joint pain in knees and wrist bones continue. Even small exertion by doing family chores lead to pains in the fingers and knees. During the peak of the fever she felt that she may not get a cure. Since the problems recurred twice last year and this year there is a fear in the mind whether this can be cured.

She is in pain cannot do her daily household chores then how does she manage the pain?
Does she get irritated?
Does she feel helpless?
Please you dont manipulate her answers.

Dear Dr Yogesh,

She was hospitalised and was treated for a couple of days as she was unable even to walk or comb her hair. Now she is fairly improved. She sometimes gets irritated, sometimes feels helpless or hopeless even. I am encouraging her that she will be cured soon.

Give her arsenic alb 30 C as a single dose.
SINGLE DOSE: 3-5 drops of arsenic alb 30 c dilution in 15-20 ml of water.
repeat this dose for three consecutive days & report on 5th day.
