gaining weight - IBS problem

I am 20 yr old male. My height is about 5 feet 10 inches and weight is only 56.

My health problems include anxiety-IBS from past one and a half year for which I had taken many homeopathic medicines(Nux30,Nux200,KaliPhos6X,CalcFluor6X etc.) but they only gave temporary relief and after discontinuation the problem persists. Almost regularly I pass very loose stool usually once a day or sometimes twice and after passing an inflammation feeling is felt around the anal region.

Due to this prolonged problem I had lost about 4-5 kgs in the past one and a half year.

I have heard about a tonic called Alfalfa Tonic which is very useful in gaining weight and reducing anxiety. Is it safe for me to take this tonic???? Will it work in my case??? Please specify some medicine for IBS also if it can be treated permanently.

Some other problems I have includes persistent dandruff and acne problem from about past 4 years which gets under control by allopathic medicines.
