Range of problems
Hello,I'm 28 years old woman, having a range of issues.
I have big mood swings that last for days. I experience very low confidence level, high irritability, anger, depressed state of mind- very sad and touchy.
I find my concentration and memory very poor. I always feel very tired and drained out.
Also I suffer from frigidity. I have been married for three years now, and have hardly had sex for maybe 20 times in total. I do not enjoy it and is in great pain during penetration. I feel no emotional involvement and is most disinterested. My husband enjoys it and I feel terrible about not enjoying it in the least.
Please help!!

Have you taken Nitric Acid 200 as suggested earlier?
Anyway, please take Sepia 200c thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours for only one day (not daily) and report back after 15 days.
One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.
Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

Yes I have taken Nitric Acid, as is waiting for the 15 days. Though I can see change in my skin texture, but is not sure whether it is because of the weather in Mumbai which is quite humid.

You may go ahead with Sepia. These two remedies act well in succession.
While reporting after 15 days you should report changes in all your physical and mental symptoms like..
piles
aversion to sex
hair fall
irritability of mind
mood swings
skin texture and everything that you consider significant.
Please report the changes eventhough the changes are not very big. Please don't take any other homeo remedy.

Sexual issues-pinching pain at the beginning of intercourse. Very little desire.
I am very touchy, cry and get angry very very easily, I'm of a very jealous nature and cannot handle it if anyone is doing better than me in anything, I feel fine and happy and content very few days of the month,
I get on the edge very easily- and is not very logical in thoughts. I'm more emotional than logical. I'm very defensive, even when I'm wrong.
People find it easy to convince me and hurt mr.
I prefer warmer weather.
I like being alone, rather in the company of people. I like a lot of attention and pampering.
I sigh quite a lot. I'm very moody, and on the brink of Moody- overdose when I'm PMSing.
I travel a lot. And enjoy it.
I get suspicious of everyone's motive and make conclusions myself of what it could be and mull over it. I brood for days together. I'm easily affected by others and cry when I see anyone cry anywhere, even in Cartoons!

I bought Sepia. Just for clarification, should I stop taking any homeo remedy for 15 days or just on the day of taking Sepia? I'm on Hydrostatis and Adel now..

Please don't take any other homeo remedy for 15 days. What is the potency of Hydrastis that you have taken and in how many doses? What is adel, i don't know this remedy.

Hydrastis is 30 if I remember correctly... Adel 2 is a german make, used for piles...
Will it increase my discomfort if I stop it?
It was bleeding and burning and also I was in great pain throughout the day...before Is tarted Adel and Hydrastis..

Adel is not a generic remedy like Sepia, Nitric Acid or Hydrastis. It may be a combination remedy. Please find out the constituents of Adel. It is better atleast not to take these remedies on the day you take Sepia.

Though it's only been a week after i took Sepia as you suggested I would like to report the following:
piles: There is no pain during the day, but the discomfort when and after emptying my bowels remain.
Aversion to Sex:There is no change whatsoever.
Hairfall: Has considerably reduced.
Irratibility of the mind: Is almost the same. Is still very irritated, depressed and angry.
Mood swings: Same as before:
Skin Texture: There was an amazing change in the first three days, the wrinkles in my hands and the dryness of my feet and leg had disappeared. The skin on my arms had moistened and the dark tinge had disappeared, but everything is back to as earlier now.
I have also noticed a sudden gain i the weight. people has been commenting on my weight very frequently these two days. I HAVE TO LOSE MY WEIGHT. It's depressing me!!! I am 5'5 and 66 kgs in weight.

Aversion to Sex: No change at all.
Hairfall: Had changed but is now back to as before. There is quite a considerable amount of hairfall.
Irritability of mind: There is no noticeable change. There is still irritability, Feeling of depression, Easily crying, anger, low confidence.

It is good that you are doing yoga, also do some breathing exercises. You may also take 20 ml Aloe Vera juice with bearable hot water in the morning and evening daily.
