This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
The "pace" is determined by the body of the individual patient. Just as all people are unique individuals, so the level of energy available to promote cure , is different.
This is why it is so happy to treat children , their vital energy has not - apart from unwise vaccination - been dissipated .They respond well.
In what you say you seem to be confusing "pace" with "depth".
Polycrests such as Sulphur , Calcium , Silica - also constitutional/miasmatic remedies
Such as Tuberculinum , medorrhinum , carcinosin act at gereat length and depth - reaching even into the genetic heritage of the individual.
On the other hand Aconite or Belladona may only last fo a single day.
