Hello Dr, Sameer.
still no improvement or any changes rather patches on chest and leg are bit increased. this time patches feels like real solid concrete and never going to come off. persistent itch during all these days, last two days in anus area skin feels very sensitive and cut, same on penis forehead skin. scalp is extreme covered,side burns and top of the head feels bumpy patches all over. behind the both ear big cut skin looks very ugly. i am just more dis-pointed and feeling sad of that none of these remedy is showing any improvement :(. but one will :) i have faith..

So, these patches are hard crusts ? What is the color of these patches ?
In anus area there are cracks ? Are there cracks on penis as well ? If, yes are they on just the tip of penis (urethral opening) or entire glans ?

Yes,Patches are really hard crusts and in colored they look really bright white.
i was feeling like it that there is cut or cracks, because when i sit in the bathroom between the buttocks stretch feels burning pain and there is cut or something its tearing. today is better tho, but itch is there.
On penis there is no cut, but inner skin folds and side of sulcus, was really red, and on inner foreskin there was slight cut. i put some Indian antiseptic cream 'Boroloin' in very tiny do amount. it got healed now.
patches are on body looks bigger, wider and hard crusty.

I am having a pain on my left side of chest since, yesterday evening. i could not also sleep on my left side. pain is still there and i think it has got swollen on my inner rib muscle, may be an inflammation or muscle strain i guess, i could not tell what it is and how it happened. i havent take anything yet, today i am not feeling the pain, but when i touch on it i can feel the difference that there is swell and i feel only when i touch it or press on swollen area.
I am in posses of Lyco 30c and sulphur 200c. have not tool the dose yet.

Dissolve 1 pellet in 250 ml water, and take a teaspoon from there.

1st day,
had hard time in sleeping. i was half awake and half sleep all night. had to take big nap during the day. some oozing noise in ear left and right. some muschle twitching on right upper lip and eye also. itch is killing me again, yeast or fungus, is producing a lot from inside of anus and around, i saw the anus today in mirror and it was horrible, anus area is covered fully white with ps. patches are getting thicken and itchy. dr, sameer is there anything that i need to do besides the remedy that will also help. do you think that i need colon cleanser or lever cleanser. i m so depressed of this now. it is bothering me all day and night. :(

I have not seen any significant improvment with Suplhur 30c.
spots on leg seems to be a little worse and it feels a little bit more hard/thick and itchy. there was another small spots appear last week which was barely to notice but that also has got bigger and hard thick. Discoloration spot on my left hand of ring finger is almost gone but last small finger nail pinky remains the same also nail underneth feels bit thick and white. spots on stomach are also feels bit worse and hard thick and itchy.
not sure that sulphur is working or the cycle of ps because on and off is there. i have not feel or seen any improvement by the remedy. i dont know.
ps, (face and Hair looks dull dry unhealhthy- ) on scalp forehead seems to be getting little thinner, but all other areas remains the same, matter infact i feel those are also bit worse. also, they appear in color dark brown and spots on the stomach as well. in leg spots in color looks the same bright white but around the skin of the spots looks black. break out behind the ear seems to bit better skin is fading off little bit. NO improvement on anus area and penis, fungus/yeast confusion is still there, trust me i have been going throuhgh worse day of my life, just because of ps on anus and penis. itching is really killing me, i would say almost all nights are restless coz of itchig. i have been in really awkward embarrasing situation and more of my self esteem and i feel sad that i am carring this deasease and its not letting me free to live my life.

also forgot to add, while on sulphur i notice every time i go for pee urine was sightly dark yellowish all these time. also i was feeling bloated all the time, lots of farts. to be add, i am hardly getting penis erection,i would say 40 to 50% erection. dont feel like to masturbate or do sexual activity naturally. like, i force my self to do it. :(
