help Dr. Sameer, CFS problem
I am 35 yr old male. Hypothyroid since 2006.TakeThyronorm daily. I also had Sinus infections, tonsil
infections, bronchitis etc.
Now Sinus problem is chronic with PND.
When I became hypothyroid, I had become very
weak, hypoglycemic and had chronic fatigue syndrome.
Allopathic doctors had no medicines except for thyroiod.
I tried many things like homeopathy
(symptomatic),ayurvedic, physical exercise etc. My recovery was very
slow but from 2008 july to 2009 july I became quite fit. I
was able to do intense exercise for 30 to 45 minutes.
In August 2009, I had viral fever and I never recovered
after that.
Again had hypoglycemic symptoms, dizziness, CFS. I was not
able to stand for long, not able to exercise or walk for 5
minutes. Gets tired easily.
FRom October I switched to ayurvedic (herbal) medicines
like Ashwagandha, Septillin, Liv 52, Geriforte,Mentat.
It has helped me a little.
Current Symptoms:
1.Disturbed Sleep. I am taking Alfalfa-Q & Passiflora-Q 10 drops 3-4 times a day. It is helping me sleep better.
2.I feel dizziness lot of times.
3. Gets tired easily. After slight exertion too tired.
Allopathic doctors feel it is CFS (chronic Fatigue Syndrome).
4.Post nasal drip- for last 4 years
5.work in very stuffed environment.
What could be possible causes. I have done lot of testing (harmonal, kidney, live, cholestrol etc.) but nothing came out. Please help.
