today is day 15 and i have finished the last dose. A friend said she noticed that the chalazion had decresed, however I myself don't really see much of a chnage.. but then again I see it everyday.
The bump is still there and very visible. Moods have been up and down at times, sleep is better.
what do i do next?

Please continue with silicea 6x 4 pellets thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours for another 15 days and report back.

i have a mini dental surgery thing on thursday. and i held it off for the first 15 days already and since the appointment is 2 days away i can't change it. do you think i should wait utill friday (the day after the dental operation) to start the next round or can i start today (or as soon as you respond)?

You can try other methods to get rid of chalazion. But i won't be able to tell anything about that. These things won't interfere with the homeo treatment. Just be careful while doing all these things.

7 days after tomorrow, i will begin the second round of tratment as you has said to do

You may take a dose of Arnica 200c (please take only one dose) after surgery.

It is an option. Arnica is recommended after surgery to take care of trauma during the surgery and it also helps other physical issues that are part of surgical operations. It won't do any harm.

i had the surgery yesterday and took teh arnica yesterday as well. pain hasn't been too bad or anyhting so hopefully thats teh arnica working
im pleased to say that the chalazion has gone down!! a few people noticed it today and i think im beginning to see the difference too.
im so excited to start my second round!! if there is nayway i can start sooner let me know. if not i'll just start 7 days after the surgery.

There you will notice that an aggravation took place as the patient took the remedies. In the first case aggravation subsided on it's own, in the second case the result is not yet known.
So in your case also if the chalazion is reducing under the influence of past doses you need not take any remedy. It is better to start the remedy after observing chalazion when you are not taking any remedy. Please observe carefully and then proceed further. i think you should not start your remedies earlier than a week's gap.
The first remedy that you have taken is 'Thuja', it is a very deep acting remedy. You could see that it affected your sleep and nails. The tissue salts that you have been taking later are only supplementing the action of Thuja.

okay i understand. i will see if i notice any small changes in the chalazion. it is still there but isn't swelled.

i am very flat chested. 32A. I've tried gaining weight but for some reason i simply can't. for this reason, my clothes dont all fit me the way they should. i know i'd feel a alot better about myself if that changed. i'm not expecting anything too major, just a bit of a change. i've seen many breast enlargement pulls that say they are herbal, however i've never tried them myself.
Is there anything I can do to help increase them? I read a few threads but would rather get a perscription from you. Please let me know

The indicated remedy should cause overall improvement slowly. i don't have any specific suggestion to make that could have immediate effect in the matter of your concern.
