remedy for pilonidal abscess

hi we have all the remedies to get rid of my partners abscess but cant remember which way to use them does anyone know the sequence in which they are taken

Please use Silicea 6x three tablets 6 doses with the interval of 1 hour,then use three tablets after every 3 hrs.This remedy will out all the pus. When u will satisfy that all pus out then use one dose daily silicea 200c for three days.
