Describe your main suffering and from how long?
*** Lost the desire for sex , though I got after foreplay or with presence with my wife I get erection but soft not hard not long lasting. Fear for failure during intercourse.
Watery discharge , rapid ejaculation after 2 , 3 strokes.

Any cause which you feel for this ailment?
Not sure , I think sexual weakness as well and nervous as well. Before marriage a week ago I had good desire but now feel empty. Some I feel I have no semen or less in quantity.

What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?
***No. Feel good no pain in legs or pain.

What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings?
***Nervous feel after intercourse but get well after some time as day progresses.

When did it all start?
***After marriage.
Before marriage I was very sensitive when I look some sexual seen I get aroused or any topic relating to sex discuss in front of me I get erection even on walking when I think.

What are the things which aggravate or ameliorate your suffering?
Very much Sensitive, About family if I did’t got well as people and every one ask your wife (what happened ) and I just got depressed as I have not done well.

When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather?
*** I feel not good in cold weather I get cold and trembling with cold. My hand or so cold when some body handshake with me I feel them hot and feel my self so cold blood.

What do you crave for in food items and what are your aversions?
*** I like every thing , meat , veg, pluses, spinch ,
Though I use dates, dry dates , nuts these days , like banana, apple, sweat, every but don’t know where its goes it does not boost sexual energy.

How is your thirst: Less, Normal or Excessive?
****Normal , early in the morning I get 2 glass of water on empty stomach then use not too much water.

How if your hunger: Less, Normal or Excessive?
***I eat good , but I am not getting fat , my hand or look red seem to have good blood but may be I have some weakness and have less blood, A Hakeem close to me told me.


How is your bowel movement and stool type (Constipation etc.)?
**No: Fine ok . Previously I had but now well because of problem of night emission is due to constipation but I recovered since 2002.

How sleep, how are your dreams?
***Sleep not good, In winter I have noticed that I awakes at 1,2,3 Am and not days 12 Pm when does not go back. I am much worried about my health , financial problems. Because I spend some amount on my self and did’t got benefits. My wife told me that I talk abnormal at night but after mental relaxation tablets i get improved but sleep is the issue. Could sleep 3, 4 hours. And full day at work job and 2nd time in shop with my brother but now days the business is down and much financial worries as well as I am elder and have now partner as well.

Do you have any strange, peculiar or unusual symptom or feelings?
***Little suffering of tense movements or my wife get tensed or upset from me I want to weep, don’t know what type of treatment to adopt to get well. My situation changes from time to time. Mental , physical, Feeling that the semen is not producing. Don’t now why may be because of mental suffering every thing happened like that. I don’t feel any urge during day time or any type of seen even my wife did’t every thing with me but some time nothing effect me to erect , without planning for sex I get good erection and we plan I did’t good , but erection is not as hard and on when I come for intercourse on top I loose then message of olive oil managed to get some erection and managed to intercourse. But very short timed.


What medicines have been taken earlier?
***A homeopathic doctor given me medicine before my marriage for swelling of testics.
Lyco 200, Puls 200 for a week I used it. I noticed that my desire is gone suddenly I got desire , strong desire, when thoughts comes.

He gives too much medicine , Like Avena Satva, Yohi, Salix Nigra. CP tablet some complex medicine. Not improved for 2 , 3 day,s
Then I returned back to previous homeopathic doctor.

But not get well I need quick remedy. I did’t completed the china and gels and thrown then use UNANI it given me some help but not completely. Then Use Allopathic drugs on the advise of surgeon for testes problem.

How do you look like (Appearance (fat, thin, smart, tall, lean etc)?
*** Tall , Thin. 6 Ft + Weight: 67 Kg. old figures but now people says that my color is improved and better but as far as sex is concerned not improvement.

If your are female how is your menstrual cycles and from how long (normal, irregular, painful, clotted, colour etc.)

Family history - What major diseases are running in your family?
Not so much problem my mother is suffering from stomach problem the homeo doctor tried for long time but she get jumps to allopathic some time return to homeopathic the doctor told her that it is because of phylogical .

Few questions before starting treatment.

First:
I am getting erection but on first attempt i discharged after 2, 3 strokes. I always fear of getting loosing my erection and that is happing to me.

2nd:
As i have been diagnosed with Right Side HERNIA & Left Side VERECOCELE.

I know about PULSATTLA that it will help in reducing my pain and swelling.

But dont know STRYCHNINUM PHOSPHORICUM.

Will this help me getting stronger and harder erection and also control PE issue.

I am also worried and thinking that VERCOCELE may have caused Infertilty or any thing else as i have read it some where on internet.

I have finished the Surgeon treatment.

So I want the right and correct medicine to get will soon.

STRYCHNINUM PHOSPHORICUM is not availible on our city. what is its substitute.

I have gain confidence and now i have strong desire coming every night. even i can't control my self when i wife having periods but due to our religious restriction i avoid intercourse but want to get discharged to relive. and continue when excited the prostatic fluid comes out. The Semens is like water not so thick.


I have found the medcine recommended by you and i have been using it for 4 days. but you have advised to avoide sexual activty for 15 days but it is not possible for me.

I am much worried about my semen quality and quantity. and fertilty issue becoz of watery semens. though i have not made any semen analysis.

I have problem of PE as well. i get discharged rapidly. i have kept my wife up but failed and even after 2 and 3 attempt i ejaculate quickly but better then first time. Not satisfied yet with my performance not my wife.
