'Try Kali carb 30c daily two dose for a week'. Does this mean take 2 pills a day for a week? I would really appreciate an answer. Thanks in advance.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
The better dosing method is to take three doses of the remedy at a gap of 4 hours for two days and to see how it affects in the next 7-10 days.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

You may also give your symptoms to confirm your remedy.
