Since last 1 week I feel improvement in my office work , earlier i used to feel tired , when i used to come home I did had enough energy left to do more work and felt sleepy . Now I dont even take tea and I feel good , I can come home and do work . Yesterday I did extensive office work after which I used to feel really sleepy and I used to sleep at 8 PM due to being tired but yesterday it was all changed . I was doing very good even after doing extensive work :)
Should I leave all this and start doctor V treatment first ? Cant I take both of them :(

can have side effects from taking them for too long and you
were taking too many medicines.

Do not take anything without being advised. Other people
have taken these things with no need and then had
problems from it.
Google stop and start technique for PE and try that first.
If still an issue then do a separate post and someone will
go over your case specifically to see what you need.

are obviously not helping you.
People have to be prescribed for on
their own individual symptoms.

Why on earth did you think you could just start taking medicines on your own without any guidance? It is possible you have severely damaged your health now. Did you think these medicines were harmless?
Would you walk into a doctor's office, grab someone else's file and just start taking whatever medication they were given by the doctor? These posts are in response to specific people's enquiries, and generally speaking some of them give poor advice anyway not being from doctors or homoeopaths or people who have any training in health. You really need to get the advice of a professional, as Simone suggests.
