Isopathic proving provides insights useful to homeopathic prescribing?
Over the last 17 years of progressive chronic illness (essentially my entire adult life), I have developed enough symptoms that I tend to forget many of them. This includes enough mental symptoms that my insight into myself surely is impaired.Lately I have wondered if isopathic remedies, in high potency, could serve as a form of meditation, to aid introspection.
Once, a few years ago, I potentized a drop of my urine (to 30 LM1 or so). Of this, I took a drop sublingually, then lay down for an afternoon nap.
I awoke from my nap realizing that my alarm had been going off for a long time. Also, it felt as though a 'ghost' was repeatedly sitting on my bed beside me, getting up, and sitting down again. I felt an ice-cold 'breath' in my face. I spoke to the presumed 'ghost': 'Did you live in this house once?' At this point, it seemed that the 'ghost' grabbed me by my neck and shoulder, and shook me vigorously.
I don't know what to make of this except that I see a possible analogy to my shaking of the bottle, which, after all, contained a remedy representing /me/.
I acknowledge that this story is unlikely, like something one might make up.
Anyway, I wondered if my proving of the remedy may have been a more exaggerated version (an 'aggravation') of what I experience, perhaps even subconsciously, on a daily basis; or of the opposite state of affairs.
Any thoughts on the meaning of this, or on the potential of isopathy -- 'proving oneself' -- as an aid to introspection?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I know I am not the first to try isopathy. I'd like to attempt another experiment after I have received some others' insights about what is going on and some direction as not to harm myself. For all I know, the wrong potency, or overdose, of potentized 'self' could induce self-loathing, autoimmunity, narcissism, or a temporary aggravation of all my physical or mental woes. :)
