Is Cina the right remedy for us.....developmental delay!

We have been giving cina to my 4 year old with developmental delays for about 8 months now.
here is her history:
-she was born a week late past her due date, my wife went into labor at 2am and my daughter was born 7 hrs later. She wouldn't come out so they had to use succion tool to pull he out but the thing was constantly loosing suction. After few attempts they lost the heartbeat and moved my wife to the operatin room but few minutes later the heartbeat was back and she was able to have normal delivery. From that point my daughter as doing good and reached all her milestones in time.
-Around at 5 months of age we introduced a milk based formula and she got allergic reaction on her mouth, it looked like a red rash appeared around her mouth wherever the skin got in touch with the milk. We stopped that and tried soy formula and she was tolerating it fine.
-at twelve months we reintroduced regular milk and there was no reaction to it so we thought she outgrew the sensitivity to milk.Two days later she vomited for the first time in her life and ended up ith hives all over her body. The doctors didn't know what caused it. We continued to give her milk regulary and there were no allergic reactions.
- sometime between 15-18 months of age she slowly withdrew and at 18 month had a day time night terror that lasted for 3 hours of constant screaming, she looked like possesed with demons for no apparent reason.She wasn't sleeping. SHe s ok all day and out of nowhere this horrible thing started. After that day she started having episodes like that at night, she would wake up at around 12am-1am and slowly would start to cry that ould always end with a horrible tantrum, she doesnt want to be held or picked up at that time, it seems she ants something but nobody not even her knows what. She would push, hide in the bathroom and just scream constantly for hours. Extremly angry.
-at 2 years 6 months she got a bacterimia (streptococus pneuminia) in the blood also kniwn as sepsis. Lucily they caught it on time and she as treated with IV antibiotics. At the same time they found she had a extremly bad sinus infection, Cat Scan showed major blockage in her sinuses. Ahe continued with oral antibiotics for a month. In that time she got a allegic reaction to one of them(omnicef) and they swithched it with Zitromax. She also continued with nasal steroids for 5 months.
-Some time at 2y 10 months she started showing some sensory issues, she wouldn't put her new shoes on, didn't want to brush her teeth an more or take bath and couldn't stand to have her hair blow dried. She starte throwing tantrums if you try to do anything that she didn't like. Sometimes she would even get mad if you talk no mate what it is. She would take her clothes of, completely naked and she would hide in the closet and scream. At this point we realised we were dealing with a major problem. She was also grinding her teeth a lot. She was also turning the light OFF in the dining room all the time and couldn't stand the light to be on.
-at 3 years 3 months we had our first homeopathic consultation and the doctor precreibed CINA 200C. The night we gave her the remedy she had she woke up at 1 am and had the worst imaginable tantrum/night terror, words can not describe how bad it was and it lasted till 7am Then she finally fell asleep and woke up at 10am and continued with the screaming for another 2 hours. The doctor saif it was probably aggravation and that it was good sign. Indeed after coulle of weeks she calmed down and started making some progress in speach, followimg directions, etc and was in general a happy kid. After 6-7 weeks of the first dose of cina 200c she started relasing on things so the doctor said to give her another dose. Ahe continued like that for couple of months and at one point we stopped seeing any gains from the remedy. The doctor said she needs a higher potency so he gave Cina 1M. Still after a month and another dose of cina 1M we didn't see more improvement. Then the doctor prescribed Cina 10M. With the 10M we didn't see any changes, she did have a bad tantrum on the third night after the remedy was given but after that she just callmed down but again she didn't make any new progress. Cina 10M was repeated one more time last month and again we didn't see any umprovemnt. She does looked little calmer though.
It apopears that she is making progress in speech, but she is also on intensive speach therapy through the school district and private so we think that's the reason for it.
She looks spaced out a lot and tends to play on her own most of the time but she will participate in some games with other kids. She LOVES reading books, but she gets too involved into it and she is not listening to you if you call her name.

Here are some things I'd like to mention:
-difficulty falling asleep but she sleeps through the night
-no naps (if for some reason she takes anap it is very difficult to wake her up-she would get mad)
-sleeps on top of the covers and pushes the blanket away
-her had used to become very sweat at night, not so much lately.

-has a birth mark on the right side between her shoulder and her right nipple.
-she never burped in the past(lately e noticed she started burping but rarely)
-she tends to run back and forwars when she gets excited(sometimes it happens after eating). Wehn she does this her hands, nose and mouth get ver cold to touch)
-she has two lymph glands on the back of her neck since she was a baby
-occasinal constipation and she is always bloated up
-frequent yeast infections even though she eats no sugar or starch
-she is very smart and talented.She loves drawing but draws mostly faces and they MUST have eyelashes. She also has a beautiful voice.
Any inpot is appreciated. It seemed CINA was working for her but not any more.
