Child - Stomach Problem

Hi,
My 9 year old son has the following problem. Sunday early morning he had diarrhea and vomiting. He might have vomited 5/6 times and loose motion as well. After may be 2/3 hours it stopped without medication. After that he was al right. Last 3 days there was no problem. Stool was normal. Food intake was good. He was on same food as usual.
Today morning he complained of little stomach pain. Around 5 PM he vomited twice and had watery stool.

Please advise asap.
Thanks

Hi,

-How is his thirst?

-What was he complaining before vomitting? ( can you trace the "Onset" of vomitting or cause of it?)

- How is his tongue?( Dry/ moist/ coated-if yes , what coloured coating...)

-What makes his complaints better/ worse?

- Stools: pain? (before/after/during stool) , gas?, offensive?

- Are there any other complaints ( nausea, headache, drowsiness, fever, extreme weakness....)
