Pleurisy, Left lung, without pain

Good Evening to all,
I was infected by enteric fever in February this year. Before this i used to feel pain in my Left side especially ahile walking. The fever lasted for 2 months. During first stage of fever i got my X-RAY Chest and doctor told that i was having Pleurisy in my Left Lung. After that i was recovered from fever But i still have Pleurisy in my left lung without pain. My main symptoms are as follows

1 sometimes little pain in left lung, lower side
2 pain started 2-3 months before fever
3 pain appears rarely after 4-5 days
5 i feel high breathing after lifting a little load
6 feels relieved while laying on flat bed
7 sometimes roaring in my Right Ear

At First, i used Antum Tart for 3-4 months. But at present i am not using any remedy. Please Recommend a good remedy. I am 24, Male

I will appreciate Prescriptions from experienced doctors.

which side do you sleep on..

do you sleep on your right side or your left side.

do you sleep with one pillow or two pillows..

do you feel uncomfortable sleeping on the left or right side.

I can sleep on either sides, but it looks more comfortable when i sleep at left side.

I sleep with one pillow

no, it is normal on both sides.
In normal day-to-day routine i don't feel any problem, pain etc. But it reminds me of pleurisy, when i lift some weight, ran for some time or even climb-up the stairs, then especially my heartbeat speedup and respiration also.

have you tried SPIGELIA ANATHEMA for this condition earlier... if yes, what was the result..

talk to your father and discuss about this remedy..however, the modality is not fully indicating the remedy.

still it can be tried looking at the physical pathology.
