Influenzinum and Swine Flu Vaccination

I took 6 doses of Boiron's Influenzinium 9c for 6 weeks to prevent contracting the swine flu. The treatment course stopped about 3 weeks ago. I managed to avoid the flu despite 2 other coworkers getting sick.

My physician is recommending I get the Swine flu shot because of my asthma. I am wondering if the vaccination shot will 'prove' flu-like symptoms, since I already took the influenzinium 3 weeks ago.
