Hi Dr Sameer,
I just spoke to my father. It has been one week since last report.
He was pretty difficult to talk to in regards to his report. He said his itch had gotten better. Still coughs with dirt like in his throat. He sounded pretty low mood on the phone. I asked him if he had seen any improvements in himself since taking lachesis and he said no. his reasoning is that symptoms come and go and it could be from many different things. I went through the first report with him that gave improvements and pretty much made an excuse for each case. Reading sulphur for myself, I find my father to be similar to that as well. He is quite philosophical and intelligent in an impractical way. I am also thinking his miasm is psoric. what do you think?

It is anyways, very difficult to convince a Lachesis patient about improvements. They are very suspicious by nature and hence often are very skeptical of attributing the changes to the remedy.
Give him the Lachesis 1M dose.
2 pellets in 120 ml spring water, and give a teaspoon from there.

Okay, he has been taking dry doses so far...so this should be a wet dose for 1m, right? once the reason for this?
and Can you tell what his miasm is?

You can dissolve 2 pellets in 250 ml water, and ask him to take a teaspoon.
Dry doses were given, for ease of taking in your father's case.

My father seems to have relapsed already. He was fine and energy in his voice the first week. This whole week he has been down and quick to angry. should we keep waiting?

Hmm.. please procure Lachesis LM1 and LM2 in 30 ml teat dropper form.

My dad got the Lachesis LM1 and LM2 today.
Speaking to him on the phone here is what I gathered:
- pimples
- sleeps more, naps during the day
- appetite has increased
- more energy
- lips are stilled chapped
- bloating is better but his stomach/abdomen area has gotten bigger from outside
- inside nose still dry, sometimes wakes up to dry blood around nose
- feet get hot and needle sensation on soles at night again
- arthritic pains are about the same. the focal points on his arthritic pains are all places of past trauma like a sprain, fracture, broken, etc.
Shall I administer the first dose?

He sounded alright and pretty calm on the phone. I know he was quick to get angry as late as last week. He had some issues with his bank and was really frustrated and angry. but today he sounded fine over the phone. he is also very hard to gauge over the phone as he doesnt think he has anything mental (taboo). IE..I asked him about his mentals and he replied with everything is the same, I'm fine mentally, it's just my arthritis that bothers me.

It has been a week. my father has been here with me the last few days. his physicals are all the same as the last report with an increase in foot, leg, hip pain. he thinks it might have to do with the humidity here. it sounds sciatic and the left side from back of ribs to hip is where he had an accident where the garage door fell on him several years ago.
his sleeping is less and snores a lot, especially when he drinks alcohol. he sometimes will wake up from choking or his breath will feel constricted.
his mental temperament has been better than last time I saw him, but there is still some vulnerability. Also, he's either very quiet or starts talking especially when he has a task to do. almost a hurried feeling to get it done so can sit and relax.
should we proceed with lach lm dose?

It has been 72 hours. He has been with me the 72 hours and he left today.
He took the dose on friday night. Slept longer than usual the first night. Woke feeling pretty good. The pain on his left side down his leg was gone. That afternoon he became very angry and frustrated and began to pout because he wanted to go home. He was like that till today. He was better today because he knew he was going home.

Repeat with 8 sucussions, but reduce dose to 2 drops in 250 ml.

Father has taken 3 doses so far of LM1.
I spoke to him on the phone and here is what I gathered:
Mentally he says he is fine.
Feels his memory has improved.
Things that upset him before he says it doesn't bother him much now. Like watching news on tv.
His left side pain from hip to feet has greatly improved.
Still has a lot of pain in the joint of his two thumbs.
His energy is fine.
His sole of feet still get hot and needle feeling, but for shorter duration.
He has broken out with pimples a lot.
Sleeps more as well.
He has a cold right now. nose is congested and watery eyes and nose.
Should we wait for the cold to complete before dosing or continue with dose?

gets a lot of running nose
still in a bit of denial about his drinking habits. says he doesnt need it or drinks occasionally but i can tell he is still dependent.

Yesterday was one week
here's his report to me over the phone
-
breakout with small pimples on face, arms, back, legs, behind ears, on scalp, etc. they are very small and itch a bit. when he itches them they come off and bleed.
-he gets this needling pain. as if a bee sting. started on his fingers on right hand the feet and legs, the abdomen area. every few hours this happens and now it can happen any area of body.
-says when walking he sometimes feels like as if he's sleepy walking or drunk walking. as if he loses his equilibrium. but says he doesnt feel dizzy.
-still sleeps good and long.
-energy is still good
-he sees flies or other small particles in front of his eyes. sometimes thinks his glasses are dirty.

Spoke to my father today.
Took last dose on the 25th.
He feels the same as last report.
Yesterday Evening till midday today he felt a bit of worry/anxiety. He says it came for no reason. He says he is also a bit more impatient. And he has been really bloated all day today.I think he might have a bit aggravated on that last dose.
