My son is licking his pencil for two days and today I noticed he had some thing wrong with his mouth. He was moving his tongue restlessly. He said he is having itching under the lower lip.

My friend is a Homeopathy Vet (Animal's homeopathy doctor) one day I asked him, "Do you take trouble finding constitutional remedy for dogs or horses or donkeys". He laughed he said dog is a dog, horse is a horse and donkey is a donkey.
On the contrary most adult humans don't behave the way nature had made them to behave. They can not settle with just one car garage but they can settle with a heart attack.
A Child is a Child and behaves like a child. I dont' take trouble finding a constitunatl remedy for children.

Here is my uncle's update. He is doing better. No liquid at all from his skin and free from Constipation for good. Itching is also largely subsided.
The only problem with him is that he is taking lots of medicine. He has already finished 1/2 bottle full of the medicine. He is greedy in a sense and wants to treat his ailment fast by taking more medicine. As you recommended two drops two times a day but he is taking two three teaspoons 10 times a day. Could it be a problem?
I bought Silica LM0 potency; I cant get any lower then this. I have started taking it. My fingers are swelled with pus and intense pain. I need pain killers even to do the typing.

In that case tell him to use a new rock to make each new bottle. I dont' want to see potency go lower because old rock already has Graphites sticking to it.

Let him do whatever he is doing. So far the effect is position. Biggest thing what counts is that he has trust on the medicine.
Lots of times people come to me and tell me, "I am taking this medicine for 20 days and so far there is no improvement but I know homeopath works slow so I will keep it taking for long time", I don't believe in this thing, I want to see some effect on the patient very soon very fast or I will reconsider the treatment. To me any effect is a good sign.

I got Sulphur 2X and Phosphorus-30. Is 2X is right for us? Our homeopathy story says that he can get us Sulphur 1X but it will take some time.
We asked someone to get us Sulphur hot spring water. Do we need to dilute it or we can use if as it is?
My third question is: can we take Hot spring water as well as Sulphur and Phosphorus simultaneously?
My fourth question is: do we need to mix all medicine or take'em separately?

Thuja is everywhere. I grew up in Thuja woods in Italy. Now I am in US and it is everywhere here. I been to Argentina, South Africa and Pakistan. It is there. It smells like Pine or Cedar. It is evergreen tree with flat leaves. If you break a leaf you feel sticky and Gin like smell comes off it. It grows tall.

Is thuja poisonous?
I don't think so. But even animals avoid to eat it. It is very pungent. Once in childhood I ate a small leaf of Thuja and my belly was full of air for whole day. It was a very unpleasing feeling.

Silverman, yes Sir, Thuja is not poisonous and no wonder it gave you flatulance.
I use Thuja to treat Flatulance, belching, stomach full of air, fermentation in stomach. Bloated Abdomen with trapped Gas, Gas problems. I trust Thuja more that I trust Carbo Veg in gas problems.
When Cattle eat lots of grain and they get sick and their adbomen gets full with air, fermentation starts, their belly swells. They don't belch like humans, it could be a fatal condition for them. Usually vets insert whole arm from their mouth to the stomach to make the passage for the gases to leave out. Thuja is number one medicine in those cases.
Actually I was not going to touch Gas problems on Thuja, it was not even in my mind but you reminded me that you ate Thuja leaf and had belching for the whole day.
I was going to tell just skin stories here with Thuja.

And can we use Thuja for Gas. I mean Thuja straight from the Thuja plant and how to use it? the same way rubbing it at a rock and putting that rock in mineral water.

Use Thuja plant and use your common sense about how to potentize it. In many cases I suggested people to rub a tiny part of a crushed leaf on the wrist skin right where the pulse is.
Read about Thuja in Materia Medica and see if you can use it in any situation requiring Thuja. Nothing wrong in trying. My friend's son had chronic Sinus infections and rubbing Thuja once a while on the pulse area is keeping him away from Sinus problems.
And about your Nephew, now we are on the second step.
Make a new medicine for him with a bigger scratch from Peanuts see if he tolerates the lower potency.

It seems like Graphites is working on my son. I took him to another homeopath for second opinion and he also agreed on Graphites but Graphites-200. He is strictly against using pencils etc.
Since my son is a little better. Anytime snow fells he gets worse and we are having lots and lots of snow, even now at this time. He is lot better, but this doctor suggested me using Graphites-200 and if I see any improvement I am supposes to stop it and watch further for the disease to change its symptoms. He said he may change medicine based upon the new symptoms.
