Right Jaw

Hi! I am having an issue with my bite. Only the teeth on the right side of my mouth touch. Clench on it at night and am losing teeth because of it. No amount of massage has loosened the muscles on that side. Night time splint makes it worse. Came on after an emotionally stressful year. Had trouble with earaches from wind and water as a child. Cold wind still an issue causing jaw, neck, face pain. Any help appreciated.
