Overweight Daughter Help PleaseHi,
This is my first post, although I have used the Remedy Finder on numerous occasions.
I am seeking help for my daughter who has just turned 14 and is struggling with increased weight gain. She now weighs 10 stone 7 (approx), which is 1 to 1.5 stone over what she should weigh. She is 5 foot 4 tall.
Most of the excess weight is on stomach, bust and under chin.
Age 14 (dob 11/07/95)

Seems to have a weakness in her feet. Has red spots on soles of feet which can be itchy. Dry patches on ankles. Often has verucas on feet (3 on big toe at the moment). Sometimes immune system mounts a response and then they go but do come back. Feet are often sweaty.
Sweats under arms even from normal activities, where you dont normally sweat
Mid Brown Hair
Home Schooled for 4 years. She was removed for bullying and weight has increased slowly since left school oddly enough.
Mum overweight (me)
Wants attention even for minor things
Kind, caring personality
Loves dancing, but sedentary when not doing something she likes (computer, TV)
Always doing 2 things at once
Loves performing, good singer and actress and wants to do this professionally
Has had a LOT of dental work over the last 2.5 years. Had maxilla widened and corrected tongue position (swallowed by pushing tongue against front teeth). No teeth removed, jaw has been corrected to allow teeth to fit in to where they should be. Had worn fixed appliances for most of that time.
Any other info please let me know.

Doesn't like vegetables, ok with fruit.
Not a varied diet - likes, chicken, tuna, rice (not brown!), red meat in small quantities, sweet tooth (feels the need to have something each day), likes salt and vinegar crisps, tomato ketchup. Doesnt like spicy food. Likes chips, but not boiled potatoes, will eat roast potatoes (which are really like chips!). Like home-made chocolate ice-cream and cakes.
