sorry i also missed out another importan details ,
i have a very week blader i can hold urine , i urinate very often with and interval as short as 20 minutes , and after urination i feel that some dops are left in side so i have to spush , and after urination when i sit or exert or have to do some work i involves squezzing of pubic muscles another one or 2 drops leek ,this does not heppen againd till after another urination
plz conside it also and plz do reply , the previous medciaiton u gave is also helping , and i am taking them regularly plz keep on helping i am already under u debt

i. I took Nux vomica 200c 7 days back ,and i am currently taking the salts in the maner u have said and it is my 7th day today (u asked to take for 10 days) but as u have discribed i have to take it for 15 days i continue it ,
ii. the question i that do i have to take nux vomica agian if so then i have to get 1M potency of this medicine or do i have to use 200c potency in some other way.
iii. The this question is do i have to start the medication right now , or do i have first complete first ten days and then start this cycle , or just take on dose of nux vomica 1M and take salts for more 8 day , as 7 days have already passed

Please complete your 10 days of the earlier treatment plan. Then start the new treatment plan with Nux Vomica 1M. Don't repeat 200.

Today i my eighth day of pervious session , i will start the second session right after it ,
i am was also chain smoker , but i do some little less now , but i want to quit somkin and tea , can u prescribe any medicine for it , and can i take it during the current medication , i read that Tabaco contains (nicotine ) and tea contain (cafine) ,and will the medcine work for both of it , to quit smokin i started Khaini( or naswar) but now i am hooked to it ,i have a feeling that these things are also creating problems for me i want to get rid of them , i have also lowerd my coce intake from now on .do my depression i got hooked to these habbits , i is now 10 years since i am smoking , from last 2 years taking khaini , i have resolved to make my slef well

Don't worry about your past. Just do the breathing exercises regularly, shun your old habbits, take the medicines as advised. Everything will be ok. Nux vomica is still indicated in your case after your latest disclosure.

You may delay or you may start without delay. Nux Vomica has a profound action on the Gastro Intestinal Tract.

hope u will be fine , and helping other people , i am sorry that i was out of touch for many days , this was because i got very sick , and had to take serious treatment for my stomach,i am well now my stomach problem is under control now ,( i had to start my session of nux vomica 1M for one day and than the other salts for 15 days ) i will start this session from 5th October
but the problem is that i am facing now a days is of depression , and i am having very strong fits of depression , my condition is that i have depressive thoughts from the morning and all day ,and fell very insecure and think all the time that something bad might not harm my family or me and have thoughts of death and so , and continuously think that how my problems will be solved or they will not be solved and that i am living a no use and in-vain life plz review my case , i am not taking homeopathic medicine now days , plz kindly tell me the reason why the depression comes back and stays ,i will start my homeopathic medicine from 5th oct

Dreprssive conditions are beter now , but i have strong feelings of fear ,specially about my family member e.g 1.(when my brother goes out , i keep on thinking that he might not get heart some way like some accident or sortof, i keep on thinking about the hole senario , that what will i do if such things happens , and futher senario , and then i try to control my thoughts why should these things happen.)
2.(second i dont like or hesitate to talk to people about whom i have a negative image)
3.(is that i dont even like to talk to people , that they might not insult me ,e.g the owner of my building , does not take care of the building , many times i thought to talk to him ,but dont talk that he might not insult me , i apply this same case even with the servents like swepers ,some how deep down i feel that i cant handel people or so )
plz consider these symptoms and advise me about the next medication ,and thanks for the help ur giving me

How r u , hope u will be fine and helping , plz check this update of my physical and psychological conditions .
1. From the last one weak I am continuously feeling dizzy (chaker ana) , even when I wake up after a complete sleep of 10 to 12 hours , I continuously have slight pain at the back of my neck , in the nerve area. Plz (send prescribe some strong remedy for it ) , I cannot work due to this condition and cannot concentrate on any thing , I have work on computer but due to dizziness I cant work.
2. Secondly , I feel itch on the underside of my penis below the head and under the scrotum , I am using olive oil on that area to get rid of it , and genitals smell very bad , bad Oder .
3. Thirdly my psychological condition is this that I forget the every day normal words when I have to spell them or write them , my spelling mistakes have exceeded very much ,I get confused when I write as how to spell different words and my short term memory Is also not right I forget things very often and miss out many things and have to do them again . I told u about my lack of confidence and averse to meet people for which u prescribed (Lycopodium 200c 4drops only one time and Bach Flower Remedy Mimulus thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours for 15 day which I am going to start from tomorrow)
4. My stool is also not right , I feel constipated mostly and , stool comes in small quantity , but settles down in water ,and it is thick ,my digestion is not right and when I take food or even on empty stomach , I feel reflex as chest or throat is full of water (feeling as if I will vomit or food is not settling down properly ) and about urination , when I have urinated and go back lay down or sit I leak a drop or two of urine .
5. I have some heart throbbing condition , I don't know what is the reason for it , I have a habit of taking a pillow under my check , or lay down over it without it I cannot sleep , and when there is pressure of my shoulder on the pillow some times my heart starts throbbing very strongly and now I cannot sleep lying on the pillow .
Plz consider these condition and prescribe me some remedy for these conditions especially something for the dizziness .
