arnica x hypericum

I everyone! I am being very helped by Mr. Maheeru and I will wait for his answer, but I do need and I will really appreciate anyone who can answer me as fast as possible on a question:
My mum has fractured her left wrist and Maheeru has told me to give her arnica 200ch for 4 or 5 days (which was excellent!) and if the pain and the disconfort has reduces ok. If not he told me to give her arnica 1M, (a couple of doses on a single day).
She has some improvements, but it is still swollen. Should I give her arnica 1M or not? Here is her situation:
She doesn't have pain anymore. But she is still taking a alopatic medicine for pain (every 8 hours. I didn't know that. Can she take homeopathic medicine and also alopatic?)
Before she couldn't move her fingers, now she can.
But it is still swollen.
She also has described some kind of nerves refletion when she moves her finger. She told me it is not pain it is like nerve impulses that she feels through her wrist and hand nerves.
Also, today she has gone back to her doctor and he told her if it continues to progress like that it won't need an operation, but maybe she will have to operate and put some platina (he will decide it on next wednesday, when she will go back there). I guess, if the little pieces of bones didn't gather together by itself, he will operate her and put some platina inside her wrist.
So, should I give her arnica 1M? I also would like to know about hypericum 200ch? Her main problem is that her wrist is still swollen. What is your opinion? Thanks a lot anyone who is willing to help!
