Psoriasis

Hi and thank you for taking your time to help me on this situation.
It's been at least 10 years that Im dealing with this, it comes and goes, it went away when I try Chinese acupuncture ( I was told by the Dr that I had to much heat inside),now is back I have some spots on my left side of my face , right side of forehead, but the ones that most trouble are between my mouth and chin, every time I eat or shave like me my skin stretch, it gets very red and it I do not put any lotion it will dry and start to peal it burns so I keep it moisture; now I have try 'sulphur 30x 2dr' I finish all of them, and I see just a little improvement.
I also using '0.010 % Fluocinolone acetonide' and I wash my face with a soap with sulfur and lanolin.
I try to sleep as much as I can 6 to 7 hours, I do have a diet.
Im very nervous and introverted.
No one else has this on my family.
I try to keep track of my bowel movements, eat a lot of fiber.
Might be 5 to 6 pounds overweight, workout at least 2 times a week.
I have notice that when I swim my face looks almost normal.
Please help, and thanks again for your time.
Have a nice day.
