Cold feeling in anus

For the past few months I sometimes have a cold feeling in my anus area. I cannot link it to anything in particular. However:
-I was diagnosed (some years ago) with IBS,
- a condition that wass relatively under control until about a month ago when I started having pain quite low down on my abdomen. I would wake up with pain or because of it
- after waking up, the pain will stop.
- I do feel drained but is of the opinion that its because of work overload.
remedies and / or opinions for either of the above will be appreciated.

8. No (had historectomy)

- mainly excited, filled with wonder
- its immaterial to me whether I'm consoled or not. I'm very independent.
_ very sensitive to smells and I think I'm slightly clostrophobic
- I think talking to one self is normal i.e. if you are alone like I often am especially over the weekend.
- My only concern is for my daughter - Masters degree - no job, years after first qualification.
