Lethargy, Lack of ability to work or live or take ownership of Life. I feel like lying down and sleeping all the time. Although I want to get up and get to work. I do not do what I want to do and then when I see mess around me, I feel more depressed. This depression further complicates the situation and work keeps on getting accumulated. Then I start feeling that probably I don't love my life thats why I am not doing what I want to do. We have a baby and I many times avoid my responsibilities towards the child and which impacts my self-esteem further. I feel torn and sometimes like I don't want to live but I am not suicidal, its just that if only I could do what I want to do, things would have been so better.

Many times things have happened that led to big loss, financially and socially, but I couldn't help it. For example one close relative asked me to do something and I really really wanted to do that to make that person happy, but I couldn't get myself upto it. I laid down and relaxed whole day committing to myself that I would get up in 5 minutes or 10 minutes and time went by and I didn't get to work at all. That relative is no longer so close to me as she was, and now I feel that probably I never liked her anyway thats why I didnt do that work, but I know its not true. This is just an instance, there have been many more.

This kind of conflicts have complicated my life. I don't understand what I want and what I don't. It seems that I don't have any opinions over anything. Honestly I want to live but because of this lethargicness I don't achieve anything. Lack of accomplishments further makes me feel less valuable by myself.

I am not taking any medicine as of now. I had taken some homoeopatic medicine by a physician for 2 years, 5 years back (I don't know names of medicine ). I am Married, Have one year old Daughter. Am Housewife. Graduate. Vegetarian. I have been an average performer since childhood, never excelled in anything specific, studies, games, household work, anything. It has been going on until now, but now that I am responsible for many things and need to get up and live life. Please help.
