Foot swollen
Dr Niel,My wife is 54 years old, her feet are swollen around ankles, it has been two months. Actually she has standing job and has to work standing for 5 or 6 hours every day.No pain, no nothing only swollen. Please suggest medicine.

First test urine for albumin to rule out proteinuria.
If the aedema is due to long standing, keep the legs raised while sleeping. It may reduce the swelling.
