very slow digestion even suffering from gastric & constipation
hi i am 21 yrs old i am having very slow digestion causes gastric problem i am suffering this problem from last 4-5 years can doctors please help me ...i even havinf nose blockage problems which increases with increase on gastric & constippation problem & generally in summer i hav more these problems ......

i would also like t tell i generally take alcohol which generally increases my digestion but coffee constipates me ..... therefore i dont want to get addicted on alcohol for my digestion problem

please take three doses of nux vomica 30c at a gap of 4 hours
day 2 to day 10
please take 2 tablets each from the following tissue salts four times a day at a gap of 4 hours
natrum sulph 3x
kali mur 3x
please report after 10 days.
please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, no wine, not to eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after medicine.

i had taken the medicine as you had prescribed , i would lik e to tell you the changes i am feeling after completing 10 days .....
my nose blockage has been reduced & even my hungryness also bieng reduced my diet has been reduced but my gastric problem is irrtating me as i feels that gas get stucked in my stomach it doesn't get releasedand i also still feeling that my digestion is very slow still as even it generates a lot
please prescribe me medicine for further

please take 30 ml Aloe Vera Juice preferably from Swami Ramdev's Divya Pharmacy. Please note that the juice should be taken only with hot water early in the morning on empty stomach (after cleaning mouth) and at bed time. Both times take it with hot water.

Please read my posts on the Anulom Vilom Pranayam and Kapalbhati Pranayam by following the links given below. Practise these pranayams regularly for half an hour preferably in a garden early in the morning.

Stop consuming milk and milk products for a few days...see if there is a difference. This solved my problem completely.

as u hd prescribed the dosage. After that i am still facing the constipation problem but my gastric problem seems to cured somehow it does get released . My consumption of food has also being decreased,so prescribe me for further dosage.

please take (30 ml aloe vera juice + 15 ml amla juice) in the morning and at bed time with hot water. Buy both aloe vera and amla juice from Divya Pharmacy.
please do the breathing exercises regularly as explained above. Please do kapalbhati pranayam methodically for 15-20 minutes daily. Also try to do some yogasanas by wathcing CD on Yog Science by Swami Ramdev. There is no homeopathic remedy for constipation which can be taken daily, it can be cured by taking the right diet and doing the right exercises. Whatever homeo remedies you have taken are sufficient and now you should not take any homeo remedy for next 10 days.
Have plenty of spinach soup (palak soup), cabbage soup, pumpkin, papaya, lauki in your diet.
Please report after 10 days.
