virus in the mouth
My child has trouble in eating. I don't know what it is called in English. Some other languages call it "afta".It is inside in a mouth, often on the gingiva, most propably caused by a virus, it is like a open cut, white, round spot. Goes away by itself in 2-5 days, but in the meanwhile very, very painful. You can't put anything to the mouth. Children refuse to eat or drink.
In case you understand what I mean: is there a remedy for that?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Do you mean 'Aphthae'?
It is very common in childern, and the best medication I find is Nitric Acid 200,as soon as the sore develops.Just give three doses,12 hrs.apart.

Hi Murthy,
I haven't got Nitric Acid yet. Difficult to find.
So I was just surfing in the internet looking for information. What do you think about Borax?

Sorry Maria
I missed your post.
I suffered withe same problem for years, and Borax was the first one I tried. It didn't help me.
Try to get Nitric acid.It is also called nitricum acidicum. It will definitely help, when used infrequently.
