I checked his blood sugar today morning which reported 212 n before 3days back it was 250....
So thrzz a reduction in sugar level.....
One more thing... Today mornin he was ok n gone for a nice walk...
At 12.00 very dificultly he liftd up his abdomen portion..... I thought that his sugr level might be low so i given him his lunch bt he ates vry only half of his routine diet.....
What should i do....
Is this due to weakness of the body or some complication.

Put him on the following daily medication schedule
6 tablets madhunashini 1 hr before meals
10 drops syzygium jambolanum Q 1/2 an hour after meals
5 tablets bc 7 one hour after meals
also go ahead with the following plan
Day 1
give a single dose of acid phos 200
day 8
give a single dose of arsenic alb 200
day 15
give a single dose of lycopodium 200
It is necessary to bring down his blood sugar level.

our new plan of three doses only in 15 days and our daily plan of medication will serve better than Uranium nitricum 30 or alfalfa tonic. Because it is correcting the root cause of his problems.
syzygium jambolanum Q, acid phos and arsenic will act only like Uranium nitricum 30 in this case.
bc 7 is nothing but a tonic. Madhunashini is not a medicine, it is a food supplement.
There is no need to disturb the medication plan now. Only the doses should be adjusted in tune with the blood sugar level.

Its an update for you that my dog is recovering back. I have marked change in his shine n activeness too.
Also given 8thday dose as prescribed by you. Continuing with the other remedies too.
How will he gain weigh....As now its needed... Is there any syrup or anything which help us.

Just give one ashwagandha capsule at night. For discharge from eyes wait for few days. If there be need after 3-4 days i will advise. You may also give him some amla candies daily. Amla candies are available at Divya Pharmacy and they are good for eyes.

Are you giving him ashwagandha capsules daily. You are right when you say that keeping his sugar level normal is very critical. This applies to his weight gain too.
