Shoulder pain

hye i m male of 77 years of age.And I have been suffering from shoulder pain since last 2 months.Pain radiates from right shoulder to right arm and fore arm.sometimes numbness and burning sensations over deltoid musceles and numbness right fore arm and chilling pain right mid clavicle.X-ray right shoulder joint normal.X-ray cervical spine minimal spondylosis.but MRI cervical spine normal.MRI right shoulder - Supra spinus tendinosis.is there any remedy for this in Homeopathy.

what are modalities of the pain.

does it pain during movement or at the beginning of each movement.

does the pain reduce during continuous movement.

did it start after you lifted some heavy weight.

Pain remains during day increases afternoon awterwards. and on awakening night at 4.30 am and remains mild.

Pain remains in the selected movements of right shoulder.

Pain increases during continuous movement.

Pain started suddenly before 2 months.
