uterine fibroid and polyp
i have had fibroids and cysts in the uterus since the time of my second pregnancy seven years ago, which had over the years diminished (without any med).some days back i felt hardness in my abdominal area and later after a few days i experienced and excruciating pain in the abdominal area. also during the same time my regular menstrual cycle which has been 35 days for years went irregular with heavy bleeding.
got an ultrasound scan done..it was found that i have a massive fibroid and a polyp too.in the uterus.
have also had lower back aches during this last year and spotting too in between menstrual cycles.
the doc will suggest surgey/ uterus removal...is there an alternative?
i am 41 yrs
both kids C-sec
