necrosis of a jaw bone

I would first like to appologize for my English. I come from Europe and speak English only as my second language.
I would kindly like to ask you for your advice regarding homepathic remedies for necrosis of a jaw bone.
After the extraction of my wisdom tooth on the right in the lower jaw 5 months ago I developed numerous health problems all over my body: local sharp pain in different parts of my body (mostly on the right side – the side of both problematic teeth), masses in different parts of the body (hard (punction cannot be performed), immobile, attached to the bone/cartilage, rapid growth – nothing else has been established about their nature nor any diagnosis given; they usually grow after a day of strong pain in this area followed by hot sensation the next day), pain sometimes spreads to my right ear and towards my nose. After the removal of my wisdom tooth also very strong pain appeared in another tooth (on the same side) which looks very healthy as checked by a dentist using orthopan. However the strongest pain has been in my jaw bone and jaw joints, in my neck (mostly in its right side – the neck is sensitive to touch in different places) and in the right shoulder. My neck became painful to touch right after the extraction and the pain has not subsided ever since. The same goes for the area of extraction, but here pain is periodic. The pain is most intense in the evening. At present strong pain is present in different locations of the jaw bone (mostly where my wisom tooth was extracted and at the very opposite side of the jaw bone). Normally the area of my lower and upper jaw bone and of the jaw joints on the right side also feels hot in the evening.
For the past two weeks I have also been experiencing difficulties when swallowing, especially when just saliva. The throat makes a strange clicking sound and otherwise feels as if something was stuck in it. Doctors performed an ultrasound of my neck today: thyroid gland is inflammed and so is the saliva gland. Other glands of the right side of the neck are very enlarged also. Antibodies related to thyroid glands have been very high when checked 3 monts ago (diagnosed Hashimoto disease). Often my body temperature is higher than normal (37.2-37.5). My teeth are otherwise healthy, fillings are rare, no root canals/dead teeth.
I strongly suspect that all the pain and numerous problems that appeared all of a sudden since the extraction come from an infected jaw bone.
Before the extraction I was a healthy 30 year old woman. A history of bladder infections, kidney stones and constipation.
Sensitive to criticism, a perfectionist, prone to anxiety – mostly due to lack of self esteem. Social fear since 11 years old. Was taking anti-anxiety pills for it for 8 years – however, had strong side effects, mostly related to water retention. I have not been taking any medicines for the past two years (occassionally I take extraction of valarian or other herbal remedies). I sleep very well. Though currently on ciprofloksacin due to suspicion of bone infection.
I have been taking Gelsemium and Ignatia lately.

I would like to thank you in advance for any suggestions how to cure the osteonecrosis of the jaw bone. And sorry for making it so long!

Dr. Deoshlok Sharma and dr. J. K. Mohla, thank you so much for your kind replies.
Do you think it is best to take Merc Sol or Hekla Lava (after I first take Syphylinum 10M)? If Hekla Lava 3X seems more appropriate, how long do you think I should be taking it(a few days or longer?)? How many pellets and how many times per day would you advise me? I am sorry, I am new here and not yet so familiar with homeopathy.
Thank you so much for your guidance!

Dr J K Mohla, I am very thankful to you for your advice and guidance!
Today an x-ray of my right mandibular bone showed a cyst in the area where my wisdom tooth was extracted 5 months ago (nothing else is known of the nature of the cyst at this moment). I still feel strong pain in the area of the extraction as well as in some other parts of my jaw and head. Two new masses (of a smaller size, painful to touch, immobile, of hard consistency, attached to the bone (or maybe cartilage?) have also grown in my body during the last week - one on the roof of my jaw, the other is on the right side of my head, at the level of my eyes, close to hairline. They look/feel the same as the ones I noticed on different parts of my body during the last two months.

I was looking for Hecla Lava 3x today but the closest potency available in pharmacies here was 4D. Would 4D work just as well? Or - taking into account the above written, would you maybe recommend another remedy now that we know a cyst in the jaw area is also present?
Thank you very much for your patience and your reply! Also, I sincerely apologize for my poor English!

Kind regards,
Ana
