severe depression

hi,all doctors....... i m 30 years male with 5-5' well built personality. i have very much in depression from last six months. i m jobless and have some problems on the part of my family. from 5-6 months i found that i always fear to go anywhere, i think very much negative, i think that i cannot succeed in any work.when i start to do anything , i found that ther is feeling in my mind that something will happen to disrupt my work and success. my sexual eagerness is also supressed. initially from schooltime i was very laborious and donot feel that i cannot do anything . i have full confidence on myself.. but now i m loosing my confidence.... please help me and advice me to cope up this depression...

How do you react to injustice?
Do you like being consoled?
Do you like company?

What foods do you crave?
Do you like cold/ Hot weather?
Do you take colds easily?

dear doc, the answers are as --- i m symthetic, i m not so idealist but wants that others be, i strongly react to injustice, yes i like being consoled, nothing speacial, both r same but like hot most., upto medium cold i take easily.

Sunil , before this problem developed , would you have described yourself as a mild ,yielding, gentle, sort of easily moved to tears person .

or

Would u describe yourself as a nervous , sensitive and emotional person
