Dr Rakesh, I already given him 2 doses of Allium cepa . He has been coughing a lot and doing vomiting after eating or drinking anything . He is touching his ear also may be ear infection and his body is little warm also .

Dissolve 4-5 pills of Puls 30c in one litter bottle and give its one teaspoon water.
I assume there would be about 10pm so give it every 10 minute for 11/2 hour or stop when you notice any improvement.
If no improvement then gave him one dose of Sulphur 30c after midnight or early morning.

I Dissolved 4-5 pills in smallbottle and giving him after every 10 min. he has some breathing difficulty , nasal flare up and keeping his mouth open. plz tell me what to do .

I gave him one dose of sulphur 30c after seeing no change in his condition . He has lots of an improvement in his cough and vomiting but still has breathing difficulty making sound while breathing . He has runny nose too. I gave him one dose of Ipecac 30c for his breathing difficult but I don't see any change in his breathing problem.

I could understand your problem, but try to give less medicines as much as you can.
You should have to wait at least when see you an improvement niki.
It is around 2:30 pm when i had seen this message and replying you.
If you see no further improvement or wants to give him anything else than that is Puls 30c three dose on evening only.
You can give him ANTIM TART 30 afterwards.

Niki gave him plenty of fluid and warm salt water gargles if he can perform and three dose of Nux Vom 30c.

If feeling chilly i.e. desiring more clothing and without thirst then Ipecac 30c.
If feeling chilly and thirsty then Silicia 30c three dose.
If feeling hot and thirstless and time is before midnight then Puls 30c three dose.
If feeling hot and thirty/thirstless and time is morning then Sulphur 30c three doses.
What about your older child's sickness how do you manage that.

My son is not eating and not able to sleep at all . Yesterday he had 102.3 F fever and his cheek were so red , was drinking milk only so i gave him Belladona and Nux vomica as he was vomiting . today he has 100F ,not eating anything just little milk . he is putting his fingers inside in his mouth and has hypersalivation , just now i checked his throat it is very red over uvala and on softpalate . I gave him one dose of Ipecac 30c one hr ago. please tell me what to do ? i am worried .waiting for your reply.

If you noticing no improvement after 3 hours of Ipecac dose then Gave him Chamomila 30c three dose at 10 minute interval.
If yet do not see any improvement after next four hours then Gave him Merc Sol 30c three dose.
and if yet do not see any response then gave Puls 30c three dose.
I hope he will fine after Merc sol but first gave him chammomila.

My elder son got better after Nux vomica. he had fever only for one day and slight sore throat which lasted for 2 days .

After ipecac i gave my one dose of Motrin(pain and fever medicine ) as he was crying so much , so I did not know the effect of Ipecac . I gave one dose of Chammomila , but he was very restless and crying in the night woke up several times in the night , at one point we were about to take him to the emergency . He was sleeping but because of throat pain he was waking up frequently . Today morning he seems ok ,playing but still not eating anything solid just milk .

Nikki my keyboard is causing great problem suddenly and only few keys are working and I do not know why this is occurring I posted this message via help of mobile.
You should gave right now Merc Sol 30 c 3 doses if possible and in the morning gave him Sulphur 30c three dose and during day gave him chamomilla 30c one hourly.
