I have taken NM 1M yesterday evening.
Just want to update you as to how my bowels have reacted.
Had gas in the morning, the first motion was very good and clean but completely formed. After half hour got a bit of tightness again in the upper abdomen and went for a bowel movement and little came out and it was without difficulty and clean. Have that slight tightness and little gassy/burning but feel better. You think it was because of NM 1M dose ?
Do i repeat the dose again ?

Hey Doc,
After i took the 1M bowels little better, but since taking the 200c and 1M my sleep has been affected and skin in the night itches a little, some chest pains i got. Today there is pain on right shoulder extending to the biceps.
Advise.

Today there is pain on right shoulder extending to the biceps. Have giddiness and feel like vomiting today.
Today Gas in the morning, first motion came nice but still something left behind.

Hey Doc,
NM 1M Today the first motion was fantastic and satisfying. But after around 15-20 got the tightness in the stomach and went to evacuate now here the evacuation was half bad and half good the stools don't feel acidic and they are brown in color, though the second evacuation was not completely satisfying but much easier. The sour gas pain i got last night once after 20 of drinking a glass of milk but could not evacuate.
Also in the previous post i have mentioned certain side effects or aggravation but today they are not there at all.
I feel like taking one more dose of 1M or would suggest something else or a high dose ? Feel little weight on the arms.
Awaiting.

As to the digestion and bowels i feel better but there is still some swelling on the anus and little burning and poking.
Tighness in the pit of the stomach where the ribs join is there in the morning with pressure in the back. Still a little feeling of passing stools.
Mentally feel little stronger i think my irritation is less. But last 3 days there is a fear late in the evening around 8:00 p.m. Acne and pimples on the face are still are there.
What were those things that happened ? were those aggravations or side effects ? was it a good sign ?

There have only been three days. The standard is that patients come back after 3 to 4 weeks.
You must let your defense sytem be allowed to work for a while, it will take time to correct the imbalance you are in. Sodium muriaticum has a duration of 40 to 50 days.
You can give a report about every week, or if something special happens.
The fact that you feel better mentally, is a good sign.:)

I just wanted to tell you one thing. When i get a cold or even a few sneezes i become kind of weak. My left nostril gets blocked very often, and after a few sneezes my nose starts running and gets an irritation.

You had asked me a question regarding fear of animals in the night, did you mean in physical relation or the thought of these animals. If i think about lions/tigers/elephants / sharks / crocodiles i get some fear in the night yes.

Update, i can say that my gastric problems are much less , stools are better formed though need to go at least 3 times now.
Last two days the pressure in the morning has reduced i mean the i don't get that proper pressure for a bowel movement got to strain a little.
If i sleep less than i don't feel any pressure for a bowel movement.
My weight has still not increased, face looks oldish due to weight loss. Face skin looks unhealthy.
Update, i can say that my gastric problems are much less , stools are better formed though need to go at least 3 times now.

My stomach from the last two has gone back to the same condition. I have burning and gas in the stomach in the middle of the night.
Again i can clear my bowels, stools are sticky again and hot.
No weight gain and face looks pale sick thin.
I am totally lost now. :(

The reason it did not work any more can be many, but it most likely is that the vital force to a halt and needed a 'push'.
I always give three doses of each power, this is a rule. So that every potency can do their work, avoiding strong agrevations.
Can also be a chance that you have to change medicine.

Since last night stomach has been bad. was feeling very full and tight in the abdomen. Got gassy thick loosy (not water) stools.
Today morning not good bowels, stools very pasty stools. today they are cream colored. Went many times today, there is a gas type pain under the ribs, anus has some poky stuff which hurts and irritation in the rectum.
Stomach is feeling tight. stools were gassy and little loosy type.
I am sure i am loosing fat in the stools. I don't think NM 1M 2nd dose did anything much.

Can you describe 4-5 symptoms, which you have now. And what makes things worse, and what makes things better? If any.
What do you fear most right now? What is going on in your head, thoughts?
Do you have any pain, where, and which side, and how does it feel?
Is there something special about you, that you can remember? Something that you believe distinguishes you from other people?
