Can you say if anything is different from the time before you took the Lycopodium. Because if we are back to square one, then we need to change the remedy.

I feel like it has completly worn off. The sadness is back, craving for smoking, elbow pain, etc. All the joy is gone. I don't think the Lyco ever helped with the anger piece. So, all things considered, I do feel like I did B4 taking Lyco.

Okay, let us go to Ignatia then, just 3 doses at 30 mins gap.

Report in 1 week.

I took Ignatia on Sunday 10-27-08. Monday I felt good, noticed the little things didn't bother me - a glimmer of hope. Then Wednesday it seemed as though things got worse. I am very irritated by little things,& big things and get very angry & worked up about them. I almost feel manic in a sense. My cravings for tobacco went way up & I started smoking again, as well as my cravings for sweets. I just feel like hurry hurry hurry. This is not a good state of mind to be in. What do you think is going on?

annlivi2000 last decade
I think this should subside soon.

Some times, it happens before a curative action, I do not think this will aggravation last for many more days.

It should be better in a week.

OMG! If I last that long.

You were right! Things did settle down. However, now over the past 4-5 days the sadness is coming back. One thing I notice is that when I feel good & happy that is when the anger seems to be an issue. Otherwise, I am sad & depressed, low energy. Why can't I find a balance between the two? I know you are traveling, so whenever you can respond I would appreciate it. Thank you.

So, is there a net improvement from when we started on Ignatia ? Or are we back to where we started ?

sameervermani last decade
I did see great improvement in the anger piece. As I said, the past week I have felt myself slipping and yesterday became very angry -rageful at work over a scam they are trying to pull on the employees there. Today, I feel very crabby - hate myself, want everyone to leave me alone and one thing since I took the ignatia my face has bad acne. I thought this would subside but it has not - even gotten worse. So, yes I feel like I am back in that old familiar place. It was wonderful not feeling so angry - and I had an incident with a patient at work and was able to maintain my composure which was really a gift!

Okay, please take a dose of Ignatia 200c as follows:

Dissolve 2 pellets in 120 ml water and take a tablespoon from there.

Report in 1 week.

Will I find 200C at Whole Foods, or must I order the highter dose?

annlivi2000 last decade
200c is not available at whole foods, but there are some healthfood stores which carry it. You will have to find out if there any such stores in your area. Otherwise, you can always order online.

Ok, thank you. Also, my tendonitis in both my elbows has gotten extremely bad lately - is there anything I can do for this?

annlivi2000 last decade
I took the 200c one tablespoon on the 11-29. My face did break out some more, & I had an awful day at work last Thursday - 12-4 in which I became angry with coworkers, otherwise, the past 3 days I have felt very sad about my daughter, tearful, and have felt exhausted. I have also been trying to diet, so not sure if the low energy could be from that. Other than that one day at work, my anger seems pretty manageable. Its interesting though, as I have mentioned b4 that when the anger seems manageable, the depression seems more obvious, when I have good energy and the depression is under control is when the anger seems out of control.

Dear annilivi,

Please take a single dose of

Magnesia Muriatica 200c, and report after 1 week.

Sameer

All in all I am much calmer and don't go from zero to 60 in 3 seconds on the anger scale. Do you think I should wait B4 taking the next remedy or go ahead?

annlivi2000 last decade
And.. what are the issues that are bothering you now ? Is it the depression ?

sameervermani last decade
Yes, it is the depression. 2 days ago I lost it with my family - my daughter was screaming - the kids were fighting & I just lost it. Started banging on the door & screaming myself. Then, I just cried. The past 3-4 days I have felt depressed, crabby, & just tired of being a 'maid'. I feel like thats all I do - I am just a maid. There's got to be something more, something bigger than just ourselves - what that is I have yet to determine.

Dear Annlivi,

This symptom of weeping after anger is covered better by Natrum Muriaticum.

It also covers the fear of hurting others.

It also is a complementary medicine to IGNATIA, and hence it should be our next step.

Please take 3 doses of Natrum Muriaticum 30c equally spaced by 1 hour on a single day, where each dose = 1 teaspoon.

You should be able to find this remedy in a health food store.

And, I am sure we are very close to finding a cure for this mental turmoil. Hang on in there, you should feel better soon.

Good luck, and update me in 1 week from the Natrum Mur doses.

I just remembered you already have this remedy with you, since your daughter took it a little while back :)

Thank you for reminding me that I already have the remedy. I will try this. Just curious - do you recommend taking the remedies in water versus just taking the pellets themselves? Thank you again for your help - I know it takes time and I can wait - I know it will be worth it.

annlivi2000 last decade
Please take them in water, it is always better.

First , i thought you are talking about ME not about YOU !! In my late 50's i discovered the romanian Gerovital and i never had the symptoms described by you .The Gerovital has numerous side effects when ABUSING and can not be taken along with sulphamides, also the breaks must be religiously kept regular . The side effects are numerous when using FAKE Gerovital from all kinds of places and with fantasy names as ''gold Kh3'' or similar. The Romanian site of the Romanian manufacturer is GerovitalProducts ro and you can see there how it looks the genuine boxes produced by their factory. I am using Gerovital products since 1997 and i never experienced any side effects but i am only using the romanian genuine Gerovital made by the original romanian manufacturer. The best place to buy that i found in this ten years is GerovitalShop eu , here you get FREE shipping for the 12 month cure and live support for any question you might have. I must say that their only flaw is that they DO NOT SHIP to U.S.A. From my personal experience well as my friends' experiences i can tell few other sites selling ONLY genuine Gerovital products : GeroVitality com and GerovitalProducts com . Best wishes for health , armand

Sameer, I was trying to be patient and seeing if things would improve on its own. Well, this week the anger is back and in full force. I hate everyone, I am angry at everyone, I have been swearing alot and I want to throw things. My anger has gotten me into trouble at work. Yesterday, I became so angry over a situation at work - I was angry and wanted to cry but couldn't. I did not take the most recent remedy you suggested. Should I go back to ignatia? Please help. Thanks
