Difficulty in breathing Abdomen bloated

I feel that I need to take a deep breath after every 5-10 breaths.
I don't think I have any heart condition as ECG and BP taken 15-20 days back were within limits. No heart racing nothing appears wrong
My age 40, Ht 5-8. weight 65 kg.
I feel that my abdomen appears to be bloated. It gives me relief after belching. Even after eating small amount of food I feel full

please take CARBOVEG 30C three times a day for 3 to 4 days.

once the bloating stops, you can stop the rest of the doses.

after about a week, take a dose of CARBOVEG 200C one dose on a single day.

Hi, that sounds like what I'm experiencing. Have your bloating and difficulty breathing gone away? Thanks, I appreciate any help.

There was temporary relief but later I started developing violent itching on my fingers and many places in body and I stopped the homeopathy medicine. My itching automatically went in 20-30 days time.
Problem is more or less still the same.

That's unfortunate to hear, but at least I know of somebody with the same condition that I can talk to. When did your bloating start and what do you think caused it? I've had this problem since 3 years ago when I had a severe stomachache, the pain went away the next day but my abdomen was left bloated. It's extremely uncomfortable and since then I`ve been having shortness of breath, fatigue and I feel less and less able to absorb what I eat. I think bad food combination might have caused it

(I ate rice, vegetables, donut and a banana) or because I was stressed when I ate or it could be both. I've been to some doctors, researched and read books but I'm still not sure what exactly is going on with my digestive system and what to do about it. I've just been trying things that might help like aloe vera, deglycyrrhizinated licorice, probiotics, hydrotherapy, massage... I am currently trampolining.

I have not su much had difficulty breathing, but I feel like I am not getting enough oxygen and I have to try taking a deep breath often. Sometimes I can't get that deep breath that I need. Also, I am extremely boated. Does red wine do this? I've been taking Nexium for Acid Reflux for about 6 years now. It works great, but could this also be a cause? Any help would be appreciated. I also forgot to mention the fact that this happens to me mostly at night. I can't sleep because I think I'm not getting enough oxygen. I sometimes take deep breaths and feel like I'm going to pass out and I also get a blurry feeling in my face. Sometimes I'm afraid I'm going to die in my sleep.
