I am suffering from cold and phlegm is also there accumlated..Constipation problem is also there and some sort of reddishness on skin also prevails near nose region and on the forehead between eyebrows. some white small (sort of piumples, some ppl say they r small pus filled pimples) but they are very small, only a bit bigger than dot appears on the reddishness near nose region. And now a days small dry patches hav also appeared.. I fear if i apply cream over those dry patches pimples will appear. also some region near red portion has also become dry..
Now regarding cold my nose blocks especially during night while slleping and itching in the thraot is observed when exposed to somewhat cold air. Also when i eat curd itching occurs. I feel very sleepy too since the time i am suuffering fromm cold (appx. 8 days).
Regarding constipation most of the times whole stomach isnt clened properly and i hav the feeling that more will come. I searched on net and found NATRUM MURIATICUM to be somewhat resempbling to my symptoms.. what should i do???

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Then start taking Natrum Mur 30c ...three times a day ...for 3 days.
Then post feed back.
Do you also experience headaches ?? How is your mental make up these days?
