Please I need help for my baby who is having diarrhea

He is 17 month old, and started to have diarrhea 3 days ago.Pain come before poop and while I brestfeed him.Simtoms are like Colosintis, so I gave him that the second day just twice and the pain went away.The thirt day I gave him podophillium because his diarrhea did not go away.He still with the diarrhea(to day is the end of his thirth sick day , and now he is having pain even if he does not poop. He moves and cries, nothing con help him until the pain just goes away by it self.His stoll smel very bad and some times is like gelly or just liquid, yellow.He is having just rice cereal , rice crakers, breastmilk, water in wich I add proviotic powder(like one tea spoon a day)He wants to in during the day, but at dinner he does not feel to.HE is better during the day but get worse at evening.He also had white rice at lunch.

Thank you Dr sharma! Last night I couldn't wait for an answer so I gave the to the baby arsenicun albun and I think it worked fine.He did not poop or cry until this evening that he poop diarrhea again (yellow almost green with the same bad smell)but with not pain.For breakfast he had one strabarry 2 rice crakers and rice cereal (made with rice milk) for lunch:half of abocado.For dinner rice cereal with some cheerios, 2 rice crakers and later little bit of banana and tangarine.I know I shouldn't let him eat fruit yet,but he really wanted when he saw them.Can I started to feed him with his regular meals, like nudos with tomato sauce, brown rice with beans, brocoli, butter scuash,corn,soy milk,etc? I gave him arsenicum alb. just last night(once) so should I give him again or because he is not in pain I should wait?
