Three doses of Lycopodium 30C at half hour intervals on any evening . Do not eat 1 hour before and after the remedy.

Please report status in 7 days.

sameervermani last decade
rohit,

please take CALC CARB 30C three doses at an interval of 4 hours on any one day morning.

wait for 10 days and note the changes.

if you feel that that the chilly feeling do not reduce in the next few days, you should try out 200c three doses on a single day.

come back after 20 days.

rishimba last decade
Hi
Just wanted to ask u whether i should take only calc carb 30 or should i also be taking lycopodium along with it?

rohit.bhatia last decade
either take calc or lycopodium. dont take both at the same time.

however, if you feel calc is not producing any appreciable change in you even in 200c potency in a period of one month, go for lycopodium.

i feel your physical symptoms and generalities are closer to calc than lyco and so i suggested calc. further, calc covers your mental weakness and thyroid dysfunction as well.

the way you described that you hate cold weather, leads me to calc.

however, lyco can also be tried if calc fails.

hope things are clear to you.

rishimba last decade
Rohit,

I would go with Lycopodium first.

Lycopodium too is a chilly remedy with cold hands and feet and your body structure being under weight is pointing clearly to Lycopodium.

Calcarea people are generally stout people, not thin. And moreover, the calcarea break-down is from overwork and over burdening, yours doesnt seem to be a case like that. Your worries seem to be about future, and sometimes as u said they are unnecassary.

hi guys...

must thank u both for ur help first.... I have started on Calc Carb 30 and taken the 3rd dose... I already feel much better in terms of the chilly feelings.... hands and feet are less chillier now... but in terms of my mental health now i see no improvement as of now...

rohit.bhatia last decade
That good news.

The action might be slow to develop, so wait for somedays .

if you do not see mental improvements with even 200C, which Dr. Rishimba advised, Lycopodium should be tried.

Lycopodium acts with great benefit after Calcarea Carb.

hi guys...

just wanted to report that after one day of the 3 30c doses of Calc. carb. the extreme coldness in the hands n feet is back... should i wait for some more time before i begin with the 200c remedy?

rohit.bhatia last decade
The fact that 3 doses of 30C held just for one day tells me that the action was palliative than curative.

I would wait for atleast a week before trying a SINGLE dose of 200C. However, I doubt if it will provide much relief.

The better option would be to try Lycopodium 30C in about 15 days from now. Take 3 doses of 30C at half hour intervals on any evening.

sameervermani last decade
rohit,

yours is a deep rooted chronic ailment which cannot be cured in a few days.

in case of chronic ailments, do not discard a remedy unless you have checked up to 1M potency stagewise at proper interval.

you should go to lycopodium only after you are sure that calc has failed. otherwise, all the good work of calc would be wasted.

i would suggest, go for 2 doses of 200c after a week and then single dose of 1m after another 2 weeks.

wait for about 20 days and then start lycopodium 30c and gradually go to 1M or even 10M at proper interval.

rishimba last decade
hi
ok i'll do that...

rohit.bhatia last decade
hi guys
tried the 200c dosage of Calc. carb. but to no effect... took the dose yesterday as u prescribed.
I wonder how the 30c dose worked so remarkably well in helping my chilly limbs but not the 200c dose..
Eagerly awaiting your response.
regards
Rohit

rohit.bhatia last decade
please wait for some 20 days and if you dont feel any response, you can go for lycopodium.

rishimba last decade
As I had told you that removal of chillyness looked like a palliative action rather than curative.

Go for Lycopodium 30C 3 doses at half hour intervals on any evening and post status in 1 week.

You can take it 10 days after 200C calcarea dose.

Sameer

It is not advisable to take Lyco during its aggravation period 4 P.M. to 8 P.M.

It is best to avoid taking any medicine during it's specific aggravation period.

This is the reason for telling to take Sulphur in the morning, Nux in the evening etc.

I am very happy with the support you are giving on the forum to spread the message about 'proper' homeopathy.

Please keep it up.

Murthy

Dear Murthy,

Thank you for your comments.

I think some remedies are ok to be taken at any time of the day.

I have even talked to some very big homeopaths (I will not name him here but as a hint, you love his books), and he always asks Lycopodium to be taken in the evening.

I agree with Sulphur and Nux though. Sulphur is to be taken early in the morning, as much before the 11 am aggravation as possible.

I feel very lucky to have you at this forum. The insight you bring is very much appreciated.

Cheers to classical homeopathy and my warm regards to you.

Sameer.
