Son's stuffed nose

I require help for my son's stuffed nose. He was having stuffed nose(quite less though) for the last 3 days and I was giving him Bio Comb - 6 two talets twice a day but suddenly last night the nose became too stuffed with white mucus coming out when he blew it. I am giving him Belladona 30 two drps after every two hour.

Please advice whether I should continue or chnage the medication.

He is 6 years old and now the weather is changing frm warm to cold here in USA.

One pellet of 6c thrice daily if 6c is not available then 30 c twice till better.The proper remedy will give result within 72 hours.Avoid all types of cold drinks.

Thanks for responding. I have Pulsatilla 1 M which I gave one dose in the night and also Combination B-6 as I don;t have Kali Mur.

He slept well yesterday but the nose is still stuffed and I can see he is coughing slightly.

Please advice whether I shall continue with the above medication.

Pulsatilla is a short acting remedy,bears repetition well.You can give twice daily for five days.Hope it will help.

Hi,

I am neither a doctor nor a homeopath but 1M potency sounds too high to be repeated twice daily for 5 days. May be Dr. Sajjad missed the potency part. I would suggest to re-confirm before repeating such high potencies.

Dear Rajan you are absolutely correct. Sajjad can you please check the potency. I only have it in 1 M and is it OK to give two times for five days. I hae given once yesterday and once today morning. Also I am continuing with Bio Combination - 6 two tabs 4 times a day.

Sajjad suggested 6c or 30c. You should have used one of them.

Having a given 1M, wait now.

Mild dispositions are best allowed for the body to sort on it's own.

It is not correct to use medicines for every slight disposition.

I think twice, if I have to use a second medicine with in a month, and try to avoid it as much as possible.

I think he is trying to tell you to hold on.

1M = 1000C, so let the body sort out first.

Also, did u give any remedy after giving Puls 1M dose? If yes, list it out as some medicine may be antidoting Puls.

I would suggest to wait for advise from the doctors before you give any more remedies on your own.

No more medicines have ben given. I have stopped all medication after Murthy's advice.

I had stopped all the medicines as advised by Murthy but I feel that his condition has gone down. He has has heavy voice, nose is stuffed and feeling down.

Please advise urgently.

It is not an emergency. You have to wait atleast for a week for the effects of the previous medicines to wear off, and the true picture to emerge.

In our anxiety to make our childern comfortable, we are not allowing the body to fight out the infections on its own.
