No. of Doses, Timing of Doses, Clearing Past Attempts

I would greatly appreciate a few (or more) opinions on the following 2 questions: QUESTION 1:In attempting to resolve a situation where a person has been experiencing heat rash whenever going outdoors over the past two summers (a fairly 'urgent' situation in that it prevents them from being able to spend more than a couple minutes in the sun, even with a hat on, greatly interfering with their normal patterns of behavior) how many doses of 30X remedies would one wisely administer, at what intervals--before concluding they should try a different constitutional remedy? QUESTION 2 Is it necessary to 'clear' the past remedy befopre going on to a new one? I have read no, I have read yes, that one should drink 2 cups of black coffee to do so. If a 'clearing agent' is required--what could best be used other than coffee if one is unable to tolerate coffee because of the caffeine?

Thank you for your help!

Thx for input re: camphor & times per day for 30x.

How many days would be reasonable to keep trying the same 30X remedy before switching to a new one?

Is the camphor mandatory, or just to use if there have been unwanted affects of past medicine?
