impotency problem

hi.i am 25 y old .male.
i have impotency problem .my total health was bad since 18 because of the way of life(too much alcohol and smoking).impotency started at 2003.i met a homeopathy doctor and suggest me nux vomica.after twenty days all of my health problems had dissapeared!i could repeat sexual intercourse for three or four times continously.it lasted for about six months.my problem appear again day after day i got worse.dr gived me staphysangria and it made me totally relaxed but my problem became worse.after about a month i took again nux vomica and became better but icouldn;t repeat sexual intercourse more than 1 time.symptoms came again some months again and dr gave me ignatia.it helped me a little.after about two months i visited him again and gave me agnus castus.it actions to me well,i was better for about eight months(during this period i drunk a lot alcohol,and i'm still a smoker),but two months ago symptoms came back.last month i take nitricum argentum but i see no improvement-the opposite.

2. acid phos 30c three times in a day.
