The Alopecia is all over the head in patches.
The headache worse from stooping and motion.
The patient says that he would bury his head under pillow to add some pressure to get somewhat relief.

I highly appreciate your effort Anuj.
But I would like to cure this patient using his constitutional drug.

Apologies for the interruption, but Id like to offer some assistance. The case appears to predominantly reflect a sycotic miasm. Therefore, it is best to address this aspect first. Although Arg-n covers all the Hahnemannic miasms, you may still require a specific antimiasmatic remedy.
