Aregentum Nitricum patient
The patient is a chronic Argentum nitricum patient suffering for more than 10 years. All symptoms matched including mind and body. I have prescribed him Arg Nit 1M once a week for 4 weeks.Is this enough or should I reconsider .?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
More is not better. 1M can work for months. Everyone has individual reactions and you cannot do automatic dosing.Dosing depends on the reaction. Give one dose and if the remedy is causing improvement or aggravation you wait to see how long improvement lasts or wait to see aggravation is over and if improvement follows. If a good match a dose will activate the vital force to start releasing the disease(see Herings law of cure) Too many doses will cause aggravation and stop progress.

The patient has suffered a lot till now due to the disease. I want him to be cured completely and wholly (Mind and Body). I would like your personal opinion on this. The patient is in the second week of the course which means he has taken 2nd dose of Arg Nit 1M. What is the best possible thing to do now ?

a response may be subtle or distinct - a change of temper, mood, energy levels, the ability to focus or the calmness to finally sleep. A change may be a bowel movement, perspiration, the bringing up of mucous or a sudden desire to drink when previously thirstless.
if you have given a remedy and there is a change including an exacerbation of current symptoms - then WAIT.
If there is improvement then there is no need to repeat as their “engine” has started and a healing response engaged.
If there is no change then repeat. As a general reference if there has been no response or change after repeating 4 times, then retake the case.
If there are new symptoms then wait, if they become marked then retake the case as a different remedy is likely to be needed.
If your remedy works and then symptoms return - repeat. If you observe that your remedy loses momentum or recovery plateaus - then consider moving up in potency.

As of now he is on second week of medication which means he has taken second dose of Arg Nit 1M. Should I then -
Proceed with 3rd dose on 3rd week and 4th dose on 4th week and then wait for change in patient. ?

As to this day , No change in patient at all. I’ll do what you have suggested.
But after observing positive change in patient, how long should I wait.?
As there is no designated wait time for the drug.

The only major change observed in the patient is that chronic coryza of nose and bronchi stopped. As of now, he is on sac lac since second dose of Arg Nit 1m. The following symptoms still remain.
The headache in the frontal eminence still remains .
The Anticipatory anxiety still remains.
The Anxiety diarrhoea still remains.
The eczema remains.
The eye strain remains.

Hello there,
Here is the full story of the Arg Nit patient.
It all started when he (the patient ) was in school in 4th class. He was afraid of the teachers and the headmistress in the school because they would beat the children as punishment.
Anticipatory anxiety started and then anticipatory anxiety diarrhoea .(The mother of the patient discovered this when she observed that the child would go to the toilet ( for poop) more often before going to school on school days but when it is a holiday the child wouldn’t go to the toilet to poop at all)and then Alopecia areata started due to the anticipatory anxiety and stress. The boy was a chubby bubbly boy but emaciation started later on . Then his immunity went down. His parents did all the abdominal scans and all the blood work and everything was fine. But they could not understand why the child was becoming weaker and weaker. They have been to many allopathic doctors and homeopaths but nobody was able to cure the boy.
I have spoken to the homeopaths who previously treated the boy and they all gave him drugs of potency 30 and 200 to cure malabsorption and constipation and sometimes nat mur 200 to relive his stress. And he was given Medo 50M to cure him of sinusitis which didn’t respond to many other Homoeo medicines. ( Now I have discovered that because of chronic coryza of mucosa of nose and bronchi in Arg nit, his sinusitis couldn’t be resolved that quickly with other Homoeo meds.)

The disease here has originated in the mind (Anticipatory anxiety). And then the physical symptoms started showing. As the disease originated in the mind, I have given him 1M potency.

He has taken second dose of Argentum Nitricum 1M on 22 Jan. Since then he is on sac lac.
The only major improvement is that his chronic coryza of nose and bronchi are gone. Nothing else has changed.
I’m thinking of increasing potency as all other symptoms remain.
What would your opinions be ?
( please advice only on constitutional remedy system of curing)

And one last thing I forgot to mention.
In the past he had no headache at all. Later, He contracted sinusitis due to change in environment and the sinusitis was visible in all scans of PNS and he suffered with severe headache.
His previous homeopath tried many meds and failed. So he resorted to Medo 50 M to cure patient of sinusitis.
As of present, All X rays and CT scans of PNS are clear. But the headache in the frontal eminence remains till now .
Now a question I can’t find the answer to is that
Is he suffering from Arg Nit headache ??
Or
Is he suffering from sinus headache ??
( All scans of PNS are clear.)
