now she is having headache n fever n cold.....doesn't like light
doesn't want to eat anything
I think it's viral or due to sour yoghurt or cold water....but I m not sure
she is just having qehwa....she went in car....with motion she vomit out all rice

Give nux vomica 200c 3pills to night.
Also give natrum phos 6x 3 tablets thrice daily
Also magnesium phos 6x 4 tablets dissolved in lukewarm water when throat is paining.
report after 24 hours..

You can use magnesium phos 6x 4 tablets dissolved in lukewarm water while having headache too
Ferrum phos 6x 2 tablets 3 times daily will control fever.
Report changes.. Stop all other medicines she were taking before

she is taking pressure of exams and she told me when she came back from school yesterday that
