need remedy for irregular menarche

ANS: obesity
irregular menarche
the table of periods is given below:
1st period,,,17 NOV.{13 days}
2nd period,,,31 DEC.{10 days)
3rd period,,,23 FEB.{15 days}
Then periods stopped only for 4 days and started again on...
4th period,,,14th March
and are still continued,1st 2 days was light spotting then for 5 days full heavy bleeding then light for 3 days and now only a small spot.since last 4 days,pads are clear only there is a small spot or small brownish discharge can be seen only o the pad when she comes back from school.the rest of the day pad/napkin is clear.


a)Worsening factors for each complaint
ANS:spotting on the pad that is used during school hours.

b)When Its Better,for each complaint
ANS:at least these days its better comparatively when she is at home. 9.Mind:sensitive/angry/sad/weeping/fear of/anxiety/shy etc.,memory,desire company,grief,lewd etc.
ANS:yes she is SENSITIVE.she complaints that u r more polite with brothers than me.
yes she shows ANGER and mood as she was the 1st child and only one daughter.
afraid of going alone in dark.
weeps and cry when in anger,not otherwise.
anxiety ,she expresses when she tells that she wants to close curtains and windows at night and she doesnt sleep untill we keep them open.
memory is very good.but one thig i must mention that she was A+ student till grade 6.now(may be i changed her school)she is not showing that interest and keenness in studies.not showing good results.she was the student to fight for 1 mark and her name was always there on school board as STUDENT OF THE WEEK. but now its not so.
she was our first child so we pampered her a lot.she gained a lot of love n attention but she is a bit dry.she never shows us affection or never hugs or kisses.not to any oneonly seldom she loves n hugs her youngest brother.although she loves us but never expresses.
she is quiet at school and shy.

10. Thermal:which weather do you prefer hot or cold? Which is NOT tolerable?
ANS:
she always complaints about the extremity of summers and never complaints that she is feeling cold.in the whole winter she does not wear a sweater at home.only wears while going out.heat is not tolerable and she asks for a.c.
11. Frequent or occasional nausea,vomiting to any food,headache,gas trouble,leucorrhea(white discharge-females) ,dandruff,hairfall etc.explain if any
ANS:mild dandruff in winters when she shampoos with warm water.
sometimes tells that she has headaches but not in full head usually,in patches.
12. Stool:regular/quantity/frequent desire/satisfied/bleeding?
ANS:stool is always regular and normal.once a day.

13. Urine: regular/quantity/frequent desire/satisfied
ANS: urine is always normal and regular.
14. Menses: regular,how many days,frequency of cycle,any complaints before or during menses like pimples,backache,white discharge,pain in abdomen,legs etc.,irritability,constipation,diarrhea,nausea etc?
ANS: menses details are given already under question # 8.
NO complaints associated with menses like pain,cramps,nausea,diarrhea or constipation.NO irritability during these days.NO white discharge is noticed.
she had same dry acne or dry pimples on her forehead but may be she covers her head thats the reason.

15. Sweat:profuse,scanty,offensive,stains
ANS: NO remarkable sweating other than extremely hot weather.
16. Sleep:satisfied/disturbed?particular dreams?
ANS:NO particular or frequent dreams.
sleeps well.
gets up once at least may be for toilet or may be for water sometimes or to close and shut the window pane and curtains.
17. Appetite: how often,quantity,satisfied?
ANS: 4 main meals a day.
i give her an adequate amount like 1 naan or 2 bowls of rice but i know she is not satisfied she wants more.

18. Thirst: how many glasses ?how often?
ANS:Drinks good amount.
finishes her bottle at school that is 1 ltr.
drinks enough at home as well.
19. Cravings:salt/sweet/sour /milk/egg/meat/veg/fruit/vinegar etc.
ANS:in sweet she likes 2 specific chocolates only,BOUNTY n DAIRY MILK.she NEVER eats or even tastes any cake,cookies,pastry,sweets,kheer at all.
she does not ask for sour foods unlike other girls of her age.
crazy for salty dishes like fries,samosa.burger,pulao ,biryanni.pasta.pizza etc.
she takes milk very seldom but ONLY with chocolate powder or nesquick etc.(only chocolate flavoured)
she NEVER wants to eat an egg.
only selected veggies she eats like green peas,potatoes,lady fingers,spinach.
she eats all meats including fish n prawns.
NO vinegars.
loves daals,beans with rice.
eats only naan or LOVES extremely to eat rice.NEVER eat home made roti,rather preffers to skip the meal.
LIKES chutney,pickles and sauces and ketchup.
only selected fruits like mango,banana.grapes.
NO sour fruits like peaches,oranges or strawberries.
20. Aversion: salt/sweet/sour /milk/egg/meat/veg/fruit/vinegar etc.

ANS: She is a young child.

ANS: NOT ANY....THYROID never suggested or tested before.

ANS: 2 or 3 small warts on neck and in armpits.
there are dark patches or discoloration in underarms/armpits

25. List out all medicines you have taken till now and its result
ANS:
Doctor gave her TRANSCAM-DS and iron syrup MALTOFER.she took TRANSCAM for 3 days to stop bleeding.it lessened but not stopped yet.i m giving her iron syrup.
dr. also advised hormones tablets to regulate the cycle but i refused to start.
26. Any other things which you think it make you unique from others ..
ANS: she is a tall girl at the age of 12 n a half she is 5-2"

1-during heavy flow,,when its more? motion aggravation? during rest less flow?
ANS:NO,when the flow was heavy it was heavy all the times, everywhere.but these days ,I mentioned that since last 4 days ,the pad/napkin was clear the whole day, only the pad/napkin used during school hours had a brown spot. as today it is Saturday and school is off she is at home,so I witnessed no spot at all for the whole day.

2-when pimples gets more and large ? during menses?before menses?
ANS:pimples are not big or obvious and are felt by touch and hardly can be seen .and are on the part where she covers forehead with scarf.these are not typical pimples like other girls of her age usually have.

3-when she is sad,depressed,,does she love to be consoled or not?
ANS:she wants to stay alone and sleep.
silent grief?
4-she is dejected and sad for leaving her previous school and friends.she is unable to have a good company at the new school yet .often she stays alone for the whole day and says she wishes to end school year quick so she better stay home.the girls at new school are not a good match to her nature.
4-does she share everything or secretive in nature?
ANS:she shares things always.


5-headache on exposure to sun heat or travelling?
ANS.travelling and tough and heavy school routine.

she is not gone through any test or labs or U/S as i took her to the gyn.doctor.she said it often happens so when periods start in young girl and it can be so for a year or 2.

As usual when she came back from school there are stains on her panty.....I am very much scared and worried
Like after a span of 13 days the periods stopped for 4 days then again continued for 15 days and now ...
in last 5 days...the urine was clear only a small piece of red tissue like thing was seen...She did not use pad...all was well when she was at home on week end. But now on Monday n Tuesday she came back home with stains.
Isit due to motion n exertion as her class is on the 4th floor.

I m not giving her chicken
And eggs since last 15 days as both are full of steroids and hormones.can it cause hormonal issues and spotting as wel. it is confirmed that chicken in my country is not healthy at all.
It's diet and injections given to it are fatal.
But beef n mutton can't be eaten much as they r red meat.
Kindly suggest meat plan for my daughter....what is better for her and how often can she take it?
