Please start with following prescription:

1. LYCOPODIUM CLAVATUM 200C , pills (buy minimum qty dispensable at the shop), take 5 pills (for one dose) ONE DOSE IN THE EVENING and second dose 1 hour later FOR ONE DAY ONLY, (NO DAILY DOSES PLEASE).
Nothing else to eat or drink 1 hour before and 1 hour after the doses.
(This dose works for several days. So, keep patience).

I did take one dose twice one hour apart same day as you instructed last week and since than I have not noticed any improvement at all.

Please advise if continue to wait or something else.?

Yes, you need to wait more and keenly observe minor changes. You may keep snaps for comparison.

Take NATRUM MURIATICUM 200c, TWO DOSES in the evening 1 hour apart. Rest of the regimen as advised before.
Update after 2 weeks.
